The teen section is awash with questions about synthetic hormones and their ilk. What are they, what do they do, will I lose pen0r if I take hdrol? So on and so forth.

That's why I'm starting up this journal. I love the concept of chemical enhancement...and I love the application of that concept, too :D

Before anyone starts shaking fingers, yes, I am of age, and I've been training my ass of for about 4 years.

I'll try to cover as many varieties as I can, and they'll all be documented here.

You'll all get to see just how well (or poorly) PH and DS work. No tricks or gimmicks.

You'll know everything that's going on. These aren't sponsored cycles, and I'm no genetic freak so what you see is what you get.


I've done:
Bold @ 400mg/day for 8 weeks
Havoc @ 30mg/day for 4 weeks

Currently on week 2 of:
Bold@ 800mg/day and furaguno@ 130mg/day.

I'm working a P/RR/S program, meaning I change reps and stuff a LOT.

First workout will be up tomorrow (assuming I work out).

Let's keep this PG rated, and PM questions regarding specific compounds to me

Bold is an oral-tized form of Equipoise. Furaguno is an oral-tized form of winni, and I dunno what havoc is...it's a designer steroid (so not based off other things).

Bold/fura are non-methyl, dry+slow gains. Havoc is methyl and pretty dry.

Bold and fura activate different receptors (bold goes for androgen receptors, fura for "other pathways"). This is something good to look for when planning a cycle. You want compounds that will utilize both receptors (or at least, don't go with 2 activating the same kind.)

Any steroid is going to go to androgen receptors, I don't understand how you think there are some sort of different receptors some steroids go to. Have you ever gotten bloodwork done? Running multiple cycles of this stuff at 16 is asking for trouble. PCT?

I really doubt you know what you are talking about - Winstrol is already 17aa so it is already orally active.

Not saying they are the same at all, but I am saying that one compound isn't going to some different type of androgen receptor.

Sure. The main thing about me is that I train instinctively. I have a bum shoulder that makes it hard for me to follow progressions or stay on a single routine for too long. I've used rippetoes, starr's 5x5 and DC in the past.

Without further ado...

Week One
4 second negative, explosive positive

5x5
3 exercises for chest, back and legs.
2 exercises for biceps, triceps, shoulders



Week Two
Even tempo

3-4x10-12
3 exercises for chest, back and legs.
3 exercises for biceps, triceps, shoulders



Week Three
Even Tempo

2 supersets and 1 dropset per muscle group.



You'll get to see the nitty gritty details as I go on...

Got a good pump going. I can't wait to move up on the CGBP, but my shoulders didn't want anything too heavy today...so we'll save that for another time.

Bulk is going well, I'm about 3 weeks in. No really noticeable fat gain, which is definitely positive. Weighed in at 213 two days ago.

Yeah, I did 3 months of physical therapy, RC strengthening, etc.
That didn't do the trick.

Havoc is mostly compared to Masteron. Let's not get more specific then that, I have a feeling that chemistry talk might make mods mad.

I had some recurring shoulder trouble, using higher weight and lower reps for all pushing movements along with RC exercises eventually sorted it, although it's still not 100%. Odd that lower reps helped though, perhaps I had bad form on higher rep sets (8-10).

Hope it heals up mate.

Yeh. One of the sorta perversely good things about the injury is that it made me focus a LOT more on stretching, good technique...and legs.

Little update time

? Hunger: increased. I'm crazy hungry, considering how much chow I eat anyway. Owning buffets like they ain't sh*t.

? Water: Not much water retention. First thing to bloat is usually my face, but I'm still looking pretty slim up there.

? Strength: Going up. Not much else to say about this; course, this is strength relative to what I feel comfortable with (i.e. I'm not increasing my absolute strength, just what seems safe/non-dangerous).

? Balls: Still there.

? Libido: Not much of a decrease. One way I know I'm shut down is that it takes me about 30 minutes to bust a nut...and I'm not there yet :D

? Overall health: Pretty good. Typically on bulks, I feel fat, lazy, like a waste of life, etc. Not getting much of that ATM. The only point of interest is that I've been consistently waking up with a headache for the past week or so...NOT necessarily an associated side effect.

Was planning on shoulders today...but due to some xtreme cross country skiing a few days ago, and previous workouts this week, my shoulder felt wretched...so I did some really light shoulder work, and ran some stairs. Crappy.

Hey man...body comp is getting better.

It's a lot easier on my wallet, too...as at least one of those meals is buffet style.

I'm being very careful with my strength. Tore my shoulder a while ago, and I'm really wary of moving too quickly. I could be making much larger jumps than I am, but my tendons and ligaments need to keep up with the muscular growth.

And overall, for reasons unknown to me, neither of the PH I'm on are especially favored for strength.

So-so. Wouldha done incline bench, but my bloody shoulder was acting up. Still got a slammin' pump from this all. Strength is going up nicely, considering how terrible of a bencher I am and always have been.

As much as it pains me to say it, arm day is a great day. Love dat pump.

On an aesthetic note: I'm beginning to really fill out my shirts (especially sleeves/shoulders), and I'm still staying pretty damn lean.

Other news: I am pretty shut down. Took me 25+ minutes to bust a nut yesterday...that's the best indicator of it, IMO. LOL

After this cycle, I kinda wanna run a real bike, and do it properly. I'll see.

Zerch's are really intense...that is my overall impression of that workout. lol.

My legs are finnicky, and somewhat of a weak point, even though they're something like 26-27 inches. Ah well.


So, overall...I've been pretty disappointed with my cycle. I'm coming up on week 7, and honestly...I'm not impressed at all. I wish I had had the guts to run the pheraplex I have, but apparently, that's bad for people sensitive to estro/gyno.

Ah well. 11-oxo bridge coming up, interested to see how this goes.

Well, the press could have been stronger. But, consider that I haven't done DB press in more than a year, and it's OK...hah. Surprisingly, my shoulders felt fine after this workout...pumped, and starved of oxygen, yes...but none of the bad pain.

Hey bro, you seem knowledgeable. I hit 210x9 today for bench press and I entered that into the 1RM calculator and it says 270. Do you think this is accurate? I hit 260 1 rm about a week and a half ago.

If you hit 260 before, I'd go for 270, that should be fine. I'm not much of one for 1RM's, that's just not the way my body is built...but I'd go for it if I were you.

I did DC during my short stint on Test (don't ask, lol). My strength was crazy. The only issue was my joints...they didn't hold up so well. It was probably cause of the heavy reverse-close-grip-benching I did... >_<
I don't know if I'm gonna wait until I'm on cycle again for DC, or whether it'd be smarter to do it at a different time, so my muscles won't be growing so much faster than my ligaments.

Yeh, working on those. Who would guess, these triceps have done dips with +135....that's my biggest problem...most of my body doesn't really reflect my strength. Biceps are a good example...65-70 lb dumbell curls would be no sweat for me.

Maybe I just haven't found what works best yet.

I guess I will check this out. Curious as to why you are logging designers in the teen section though? They don't need to worry about these compounds. It makes it all that more tempting for kids of underage to use them.

All I'm trying to encourage is the asking of questions and gathering of knowledge. I'm logging here to deal with whatever conceptions people have about these compounds.


By the way, in compound related news, I started my taper off with 11-oxo today, 500mg/day. We'll see about these "leaning out" effects :D

But they are by far, in my opinion, the best thing for quads. At least that's how they work for me.

Dude....my abductors and hip flexors are SOOO sore. I adopted the wider, powerlifting-style squatting stance. Brutal.

I could have bumped the doubles up to 405, but I wanna leave room in all my lifts for progression each week.

I'm so excited to get my lifts up. 500+ deadlift will be no problem. Triples at 405 last week, without having deadlifted in 2+ months, were pretty easy.

The "rear delt work" is this thing where you kinda lay facedown on an inclined bench, and go forward with one arm, and back with the other, repeat, etc. My rear delts need work.
