Goals: Cut down for show and maintain muscle mass. Win show.
Workout Split
Monday:Back & Calves + Cardio
Tuesday: Chest & Abs + Cardio
Wednesday: Bi's, Tri's & Forearms + Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders & Traps + Cardio
Friday: Legs & Calves
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Cardio
**Note: My intensity and weight I use will start dropping as I get farther down the road. I will also go with "little muscle, big muscle" workout when my energy levels are done.

you probably have a good reason, but you work chest, then tris, then shoulders on consecutive days, can your tris handle this?

when i do chest and shoulders i only do enough to stimulate the part, not the tris, like chest, on bench i go 3/4ths of the way up and take the tricep out of it, same with shoulers

Went into the gym with a slight headache from reading muscle magazine on the way there. (mom was driving, its ok!!)
I got there and it felt nice to be in there so the headache went away, right away.

im getting my bf measured monday tuesday and wednesday of next week, all three days to get a better average. my diet is the same everyday and go to the gym everyday at the same time so it should be quite accurate. im hoping to weight in at 200ish for the show

200 at your height jeez, I can't imagine you getting much bigger naturally than that, maybe like 210 once you're low bodyfat.
Are you still eating like 8lbs of chicken a day and cutting on like 3500 calories haha?

In, Strong Lipo 6x, lel I got Lipo 6 for when I cut, it was on sale at Vit Shoppe for 25 dollars so I just bought it now.
BTW The Lat Machine I dont believe was what you were talking about, its like a machine that is controlled, easier than the cable pull down, the cable just feels awkward.

try to keep it at twelve or 10 if you can, my arms dont respond to a lot of stuff so i keep it high, i would say 10ish to twelve would be good

It feels wierd though I dont like using it.

I have thought about it and tomorrow, I will start Ketosis.. I've done it before so I have some experience on it, Ill probably carb up every two weeks or so.. I want to start tomorrow and not Monday so Monday I hopefully come in with energy at the gym after keto has kicked in over the weekend

1st of all, you know that you will feel like absolute crap before you enter ketosis, right?
2nd of all, eat a cheatmeal once a week, shouldn't that be enough for carbs?

1. Yes, thats why Im starting two days before training to minimize that time
2. Ill do a refeed (not cheat meal) every week but the first one will take two weeks to ensure ketosis

thats pretty smart, i freaken hate keto but it works
wtf is ketosis, and
Keto is adtkins on crack pretty much, its a super low/no carb diet
this makes your body produce keteons which burn fat for energy
something ot that effect, im no expert on it. this site has its own keto section ofrum tho :)

My friend was on the keto over the summer, and he's only 15.....He lost tons of weight but gained strength and said he felt like an animal once the ketosis actually kicked in.
