Nice that they made a log section for the teens... Im currently on a cut and have been now for almost 3 weeks

Weight: 199.4 :)

Started off doing cardio...... 25mins on the bike

Back/Bi

Pullups 4x12
DB Rows 80lbs 4x8
Lat Pulldowns 135 2x10 155 2x10
Straight-Arm Pulldown 65lbs 3x10
DB Curls 40s 2x8
DB Hammercurls 40x8
21's 60lbs

Ab Machine 135 lbs 4x15

Overall goodworkout.... glad to be under 200lbs finally...and cant wait til i get to my goal

Well surprisingly my gym was closed today.... I dont get how you can be open on Xmas Eve and Xmas Day yet be closed for New Years...lol.... oh well..

Just did some cardio in the backyard..... 20 mins of jump rope....

I think people really forget how taxing jumping roping could be...and how it is a really good cardiovascular excersice..... Im defin going to start to do it more often...

Chest Day

I work out my chest 2x a week....Mon/Thur.... however on Mondays I train more for strength with fewer reps with more weight... and Thursdays less weight but more reps..... I feel like I get the best of both worlds working out this way.....

Cardio: 30 mins on Bike

BB Bench Press
275x6
255x7
245x8
235x9

Db Bench Press
80lbs 2x10

Incline BB Press (Never go heavy on these because of a prior rotator tear)
145x8
165x8
185x8

Dips
BW 3x15

One Arm Rope Pulldowns
40lbs 3x12

Overhead Rope Pulldowns
90lbs 3x12

DB chest flys
40lbs 2x10 (Try doing these real slow.....the pump you get is incredible)

Cable Chest flys
100lbs 3x10


Overall great workout..... was tired most of the way...because of stayin up til 4 last nite..... but im focused on the task ahead....

I also work out my back and bi's 2x a week....Tue/Fri.... I feel like this is what my back responds to best and the results dont lie.... Some people choose to work it out once... but I feel like 2x is perfect for me...

This was one of the better workouts I had ina while.. I had tons of energy and just felt like I could keep going..This is my last workout out at this gym because Im going back to school Sunday so I will be using my University gym...

Well im back at my University...and it feels good to get back into the swing of things... I picked up some redline...to help with my cut...and all I can say is WOW.... I will post a review after im done..but im defin liking it already...TONS of energy

Well my Diet is finally catchin up with me..... I felt just weak and depleted... maybe its cuz of the lack of sleep... but Ive notice this feeling every day so far on my cut..... I can usually rep out 275x6 pretty good... but today chest day I wanted to do more reps then usual so I started out with 265 and I struggled with it..... I guess this comes with the whole cutting thing... but it does sucks.... However... I felt quite strong today with the dumbells.....going to implement more of these because they do build a bigger chest and thats what im looking for right now

Well Im on a new routine now that my dad gave me..... My dad use to be a Powerlifter and has trained Bodybuilders before.... so this is the routine he gave me and man... did it kick me in the rear end today... I expect to see gains off this while I am cutting....
