currently about 180, just come of hit routine...started about 138/9 on 27th december 2007
4days a week; will go as follows
day 1: vertical push // vertical pull // hip movement
day 2: horizontal push // horizontal pull // quad movement
2 exercises for each, 3 sets per exercise 10 reps each
day 3: repeat day 1 <|----- but 5x5 on one 'money' exercise
day 4: repeat day 2 <|----- but 5x5 on one 'money' exercise
workout every other day
4days a week; will go as follows
