I'm Alex just started working out 2 months ago, most probably to change the look of myself. Im skinny but have a belly, so i want to make myself more lean and muscular. I'm not going to ego boost my e-stats, I'm weak and I'm trying to change, say anything bad and I'll mostly use it as motivation to get even bigger =]
Chest...Yah Ino it's pityfully weak I used to not be able to do a push up, at ALL. I started with oly bar with 5's now I'm on 15's and can do pushups till my nose touches the ground and keep doing that. Very happy to progress ro rhat level.

STATS:
Age: 17
Height: 6'4"
Weight:184lbs

AIM FOR 2009:
Bulk to: 215lbs
And just generally look lean instead of lanky

EZ Curls- 4 x 8-10 - 67lbs
Preacher Curls- 4 x 8-10 - 67lbs
Cable Curls- 4 x 8-10
Triceps
Over head cable pulls- 4 x 9 (Then 25 reps on a 3 plates lower, to finish)
Laid down tricep extensions EZ- 4 x 8-10 - 50lbs
Laid down tricep extensions DB- 4 x 8-10 - 40lbs
Tuesday:
Chest
Bench Press- 4 x 8-10 - 100lbs (Shameful, see top)
Cable X-Over- 4 x 10
Dumbell Press- 4 x 8 - 40lbs
Shoulders
Shoulder shrugs- 4 x 6 - 260lbs
