Hi, I apologize in advance for the long post, but I'm just trying to relay all the info I can, so here goes:
A while ago (several months) I noticed that my left shoulder would pop doing certian things. If I make circles with my arms counter counter-clock wise, it pops. (clockwise it doesn't). Certian exerscises, such as incline bench make it pop (Flat bench doesn't). Sometimes it'll just pop if I lean on it or put any amount of pressure on it.
The thing is, I'm not sure if this is a RC problem or something else. If I put my hand on the spot in the attatched picture, I can acutally feel whatever structure that is popping.
Would anyone be able to tell me if this is an RC thing? Or something else? Or even better how to fix it!
I know some people say that if it doesnt hurt then there's no problem. But I just don't want to keep doing the same thing over and over now and hurt myself down the line
