Wow you are a phenom.
At 17 years old and you are benching 225 x 14. And you are not even a short stocky guy, you are 6'1" 180!
In terms of raw lifting and workout numbers you are already well ahead of most pro fighters that have your frame. And I am talking about adults that compete on a high level (not neccesarily UFC but 5+ years of experiance).

I just dont get the same satisfaction out of any other sport, I prefer it just be me and not a team because you cant always rely on someone else.

What was it like? Cause strength wise you are WAY ahead of the curve. 6'1 182 and that strength AND be 17? Thats a recipe for disaster for your opponents. You pretty much do the Upper on M and TH and Lower on T and F? Or was there something else?

Yes it is right off 95. Method MMA is **** I started off there and I had no grappling expierience and the instructors couldnt even submit me, its a McDojo at best none of the instructors have any credentials and its also expensive as **** it was 130 a month for 2 classes a week! Theres always a no gi class the day of gi so I go to that.
first off let me say method mma is an awesome place to train, i know i go there. and i've been going there longer than a couple months. it is a very reputable place to learn jiujitsu and it is not strict brazilian jiujitsu which is actually a good thing. its a jiujitsu AND mixed martial arts school. by the way for everyone who wants to do no gi for mma, that's great. but it's also very beneficial to train with a gi on as well. when you train with a gi it makes your technique so much better, no gi just makes you faster. yes it is kinda expensive but it's well worth the money, 130 for two weeks and open mat time 4 days a week that you don't have to pay extra for. and i doubt the instructors couldn't submit bull rush, not that you not talented i just doubt it. also i'm not saying the other BJJ schools around here aren't good, i'm simply saying method is better

I would like to see your instructors credentials. Why pay 130 for two weeks when you can pay 120 for unlimtited classes, weights and reputable instructors. Our head BJJ instructor is a renzo black belt and our boxing coach is one of the best boxers in maryland. Oh and lets see some of your fighters MMA records. I was brainwashed into thinking method was good until I went out and went to a legit BJJ,Muay thai and MMA gym. I rolled with the instructors over a year ago when I didnt know anything and they couldnt submit me why would I lie over the internet?

eric gable who was the original person who started the school trained in japan where jiujitsu originated. and yeah were not an affiliated school, yet when we go to tournaments we beat affiliated schools, funny how that works out. and i said were not a strict BJJ school, were a more evolved school and use up to date techniques. maybe you didn't get submitted but like i said i doubt it, you sound like most guys that train in mma, your arrogant and think your the best. by the way, we've had people come into our school FROM ground control and say they liked our school better. they also said other things about ground control that were not exactly good, but i'm not trying to be disrespectful to your school so i won't put them here.

-worked on a new triangle set up where you push off the hip and swing your opposite leg over your opponents arm and lock in the triangle
-Basic armbar from mount and guard
-single under guard pass
-made up this modified gogoplata not sure if this is really a move or not.you start with a triangle setup and the leg that you would have straight goes in front onto your opponents throat and the other leg goes behind your opponents head and you pull down on that leg while pulling on his trapped arm for the tap.
Grappled live for about 30min if you knew you had a submission you would just let go and keep on going. I really like the single under pass I hit it numerous times. Right now were training in my friends garage right now until we can afford to go back to ground control but we have a few guys that have previous grappling experience training with us im gonna put up some pics of our gym in a little.

Well Im back to ground control but at a new location. Its really nice cause since its new it was just me one other guy and the instructor so im basically getting a private. The instructor is a purple belt.
Gi Grappling:
-Cross collar choke from guard
-Collar choke where you grab opponents collar behind his neck cross your hand underneath to the the other lapel and shift your hips and slide your hand thats on the neck over
-Helicopter sweep which is the same thing as a flower sweep
-Arm bar from guard
-Free rolling
Free rolling went great when I went with my whitebelt partner and I got him in the armbar and the collar choke where you grab the back of the collar. While on top I passed his guard a few times and managed to not get submited. Then we started from our knees and I got him in 2 guillotines. Next I rolled with the instructor and I did a great job according to him, I only got submitted once and I passed his guard once or twice. I almost hit a triangle but he slipped out, he also attempted a few sweeps but he didnt finish them. It feels good to be back I think doing gi is going to really help my no gi game.Probably going to to No gi there tommorow.

No Gi BJJ:
-Worked the guillotine off of the kimura sweep
-Same thing but when you get your arm in your opponent stands a leg up and you bring your foot underneath and hook his leg and on the same side you get the under hook then sweep while chopping down on the other leg.
-When someone is in your half guard and they have there arm wrapped going for guillotine you grab the wrist hook underneath the leg and flip to the other side in half guard while keeping pressure on the pinned arm and you crank it back like a kimura.
-Free rolling from knees
Free rolling went well I basically tooled everyone today. The first guy i went for the arm drag but i just pulled him into my guard I attempted and armbar and I could have had it but I gave him a chance to defend and transitioned to a triangle then time ran out. Next he pulled me into his guard where I passed almost immediately and the kid kept telling me that once I pass dont secure sidemount just jump straight to mount and I was laughing on the inside.Next guy started off he went for an arm drag and i got him in my half guard and then regained full guard, went for the armbar once again could have finished if i would have cranked it fast but i transiton to a triangle and got the tap. Next time around i went for the arm drag and got it and I did this wierd rolling armbar from the back but time ran out before I could finish. As soon as i entered his guard I passed. Great day overall but I like the morning class better cause i get to grapple with my instructor and hes a great challenge.

No Gi BJJ:
-Royler guard pass:You hop up put a knee in the middle sit back down to break open the guard and pass your opposite knee through.
-Knee bar from half guard: Place one hand on the chest and the other on a hip, bring your knee thats not trapped across your opponents body and spin into the knee bar.
-Free rolling gauntlet: I stayed in the whole time each 2 different people rotated in for 2minuets a piece and I did this twice.
Free roll went great, I hit like 3-4 triangles and i locked the triangle at least 8 times but I transitioned to some other stuff. Then i hit an armbar off of the triangle. I obtained mount 3 times and worked for the arm triangle but i didnt get it. I hit the helicopter sweep twice and the kimura sweep once. To finish it off I almost hit this rolling armbar from the back but it slipped out and I had a darce locked in but time ran out.
Wrestling:
-Double leg: Pull opponents arm across his body and toward the ground and hit the double.
-Taking the back from front headlock: Obtain front head lock and spin and lock in the seatbelt grip while sliding the knee underneath, obtain wrist control and proceede to put your hooks in and flatten your opponent out.
-Single leg defense:Obtain a whizzer and bring your leg back and keep pressure on your opponent and drive your hip into your opponent and obtain the front headlock.
-Live wrestling for 10min
Felt good I only got taken down once but it was from a throw. I also hit 3-4 double legs. Im entering the NAGA on April 4th and im pumped, I wont need to cut weight so my strength is going to be great.

Well I ended up getting second I had two matches and I fought for first but got ****ed over with a decision by the ref.
First match:
Came out circled for a few seconds shot in and hit a double leg but he regained guard. He threw up a sloppy triangle and tried to hit an omoplata but it wasnt even close and I passed his guard. I controled him from sidemount then transitioned to north south but he got out. I regained sidemount and he cross faced me and I locked in an armtriangle but he caught me in half guard an he stood back up shot and I sprawled and the match was over, I won 4-2.
Second Match:
We were handfighting for a min but neither of us attempted anything so he pulled guard but i pushed him down to the mat. He proceeded to try to break my posture but I would just put my hand in is throat and push him back down. I began to work my pass and I broke open his guard so in fear of being passed he stood back up. Its still 0-0 at this point and with about 20 seconds left he shot and I sprawled hard and he went face first into the mat where I locked in a front headlock, then I sat back into my guard with the arm in guillotine in for about 10secs and he escapes, he attempts to pass my guard but I stuff the pass and time runs out. It was 0-0 at the end but the ref never gave me points for the submission attempt, because he said I never had it locked in while everyone around the mats said it was locked in. So I lost a 0-0 decision because my opponent was more "aggressive" because he walked forward more standing, even though he pulled guard and I controled him on the ground and after a stuffed his shot attempt and went for a submission. I think it was that the ref thought i was a wrestler so he held a grudge against me but oh well everyone else that watched the match and I knew that I really won.

No Gi BJJ:
-shrimp from half guard back to full guard
-old school sweep from half
-Shrimp from half into butterfly then butterfly sweep with double unders
-Free roll from half guard whoever passed or retained guard stayed in.
I was the whole time except for one time where i went for a sweep and he passed. I hit a few sweeps from half, took the back a few times and just shrimped back into full guard most of the time.
Wrestling:
-arm drag to double leg
-Single leg defense
-Live wrestling
Went real well I hit a few doubles on the first kid, some arm drags to double and a few singles on the same kid. Then I wrestled my coach who was a 3 time state champ, was ranked 5th in the nation at one point and he was invited to train with the olympic wrestling team. To my suprise I did really well it took him a while to take me down and I had a few nice shots on him but I didnt finish. He said my takedown defense is great and that my shot is to I just have to work on my finishes. Im tired as hell but it was a great day.

-Shrimping back into sidemount
-sidemount escape to front headlock
-sidemount espcape to single leg
-Rolling starting from sidemount
Did well during free roll I used the shrimp and the escape to the front headlock. I hit a half guard sweep I learned the other day. For submissions I hit a triangle and a rolling omoplata off of a single leg it was pretty nasty. Another good day im really starting to get the hang of this.
