How to get cut and build muscle same time (advanced users only)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Supplements, SDrol, HDrol, Multi, C, D, E, Inhibit E, Tribulus Fuel (free product), Glutamine, BCAA, Fat Burner, Pre Workout drink, Milk Thistle, Fish Oil, Beta Alanine, Water X.



Week 1. 1 S-Drol + 1 H-drol (AM) 1 S-Drol + 1 H-Drol (Pm)
Week 2. 1 S-Drol + 1 H-Drol (AM) 1 S-Drol + 1 H Drol (PM)
Week 3. 1 S-Drol + 1 H-Drol (AM) 1 S-Drol + 1 H-Drol (PM)
Week 4. 1 S-Drol + 1 H-Drol (AM) 1 S-Drol + 1 H Drol (PM) + 3 Milk Thistle
Week 5. 3 Inhibit E + 2 Tribulus Fuel + 3 Milk Thisle
Week 6. 2 Inhibit E + 2 tribulus Fuel + 3 Milk Thistle
Week 7. 2 Inhibit E + 2 Tribulus Fuel + 3 Milk Thistle
Week 8 1 Inhibit E + 2 Tribulus Fuel + 3 Milk Thistle



DC Training plan

Monday... Legs + Cardio 30 minutes

Tue..... Cardio 40 minutes

Wed......Chest + Shoulders + 30 minutes cardio

Thur.....Cardio 40 minutes

Fri.....Back + Biceps + 30 minutes cardio

Sat.... Triceps + 30 minutes cardio

Sun.....OFF


DIET

This is roughly an idea of my diet


1. 8oz Lean Beef + 3 egg whites + 7oz grapefruit Juice

2. 2-3 Scoops Protein Powder in water + 1 TBS heavy whipping cream

3. 2 Cans Tuna + Broccoli

4. 2 Scoops Protein in water (Post workout)

5. 8oz Lean Beef + 3 egg whites + Broccoli

6. Cottage Cheese or Casein Protein

Days 1-2-3-4-5 (hardcore)

Days 6-7 Higher carbs and sugars and fats..(cheat days)

Dude, im TOTALLY advanced. I did make days 1-2 "hardcore" and then days 3-7 "cheat days" because im not THAT advanced yet.

I really want to see how 2 cheat days a week work out for someone on a pre contest diet.

Ron you going to log your hardcore approach? I think we need a "Proper" log.
