Sat.... Triceps + 30 minutes cardio
Sun.....OFF
DIET
This is roughly an idea of my diet
1. 8oz Lean Beef + 3 egg whites + 7oz grapefruit Juice
2. 2-3 Scoops Protein Powder in water + 1 TBS heavy whipping cream
3. 2 Cans Tuna + Broccoli
4. 2 Scoops Protein in water (Post workout)
5. 8oz Lean Beef + 3 egg whites + Broccoli
6. Cottage Cheese or Casein Protein
Days 1-2-3-4-5 (hardcore)
Days 6-7 Higher carbs and sugars and fats..(cheat days)
