Hey everyone,
My name is mo... ive never posted but do get on here pretty often. I am in dental school right now and am 22. Ive been wanting to do a natural show for a LLOONG time now but with school its been so hard to make time. i am really focused on this and am really dedicated to put in the effort but do neeed alooot of guidance and help.
I know this may seem ignorant but i would appreciate if any of u seasoned competitiors would personally guide me through this whole process cause im clueless when it comes to dieting, how long, etccc... and due to time restraints over the past two years ive only been emphasing certain muscles and completly neglecting others.
Again sorry to ask this but can someone take me under there wing. I would like to reach the conditioning of stayfit... He is actually the reason i decided to post for a change and seek help. i would hire someone but am currently living of of student loans for the most part
Again i will listen to everything and am not a lost case cause im pretty strong of a few lifts but i dont have a program either : )- but have been doing incline press, leg press, and weighted chins as my three lifts three to 4 times a week only varying the reps and the set numbers....
i can do 325 on incline for sets of 3-4
i cant squat (tore my hip flexor in college playing soccer) so for legs i usually just do high reps with heavy weight on the leg press (i usually stack 11-12 plates on each side)
i deadlift sometimes
i completely neglect biceps, tris and shoulders not for anyreason but time
I wanna start cutting now, cause i also have a photoshoot by the end of jabuary and a fashion show in febuary. I wanna compete by april so that should give me 16-18 weeks of prep time i think
now the worst part my diet
I eat this everyday but wed and friday
2 family sized pages of grean peas (700 calories in each bag), a handful of two of nuts, and 24 ounces of chicken.
On wed and friday i eat all day long watever i want
Cardio im also clueless about but i would say im active on regular bases either walking around, biking on the beach, rollerskating... i usually break a sweat a one or two times a day
