First of all, here's some stuff about me. About 2 months ago i was at my heaviest and worst shape ever. I was 198lbs with my small 5'7 frame. I NEVER ate healthy and probably wouldve been much fatter if i didn't play basketball once in a while. I had no muscle and confidence. I just recently decided to change my lifestyle and really make an effort to transform my body and I figured that this journal/log/whatever could help me keep myself motivated if I see my progress.

I would appreciate people who could motivate me and keep me going as I was never the kind of person who could commit to any one goal easily. Wish me lucky guys.

My body right now is far far far from looking nice or presentable but I believe that with proper dedication and motivation, I could look better and maybe even compete someday(I wish but lets see. Thats a long long long long way from now though)

Stats 2 months ago:
Weight: 198 lbs
Max BP: Never really tried but i was BPing 80x5-8
Squat: Didn't do squats
Deadlift: Didn't do deadlifts
Max # of pull ups i could do: 0

Stats now:
Weight: 157
Max BP: 155x6
Squat: Just started but I did 130x5ers\inigo\Desktop\progress
Deadlift: Same as squat lol
Max # of pull ups: I could do 10!! (Being able to complete a pull-u was my goal since I was in elementary school)

Heres some present pics of me. Dont have any old pics but its easy to imagine a 198lb, 5'7 guy with no muscle and sports right? (just played basketball for fun but was never part of any varsity team)


Oh yeah im 17.

What i did/ate today:

Today was chest day but I felt a bit under the weather cuz i came home at 4am last night. (The weights i was lifting were weird today. Just got what i thought i could handle and went with it, didn't want to exhaust myself that much today)

Flat DB press: 40x10, 45x 8, 50x 6
Inclinde DB press: 35x10, 40x8, 43x8
Cable Crossovers: 40(each side)x10, 50x6, 60x5
Tricep pushdowns: 3 sets of 110lbsx10 (Im practicing the form, always seem to cheat somehow)
Dips: 3 sets of 10

Ate around 2k calories today. I dont count my macros but its high protien, low carb pretty much (Take carbs when i wake up and in my PWO meal)

Oh yeah, supplements im on:
Multi vit- Orange triad
Scivation Whey
WF
Getting SizeOn soon

Making a journal is hard.
