Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of or tried the velocity diet. The trainer at the gym suggested it to me, but I am unsure of the not eating anything other than protein shakes for all my meals. Any suggestions?

My husband and I did the V-diet..its not that bad really-- it actually saved us a ton of money since we did not buy groceries, go out to eat, or drink alcohol...I think it def. curbed any sweet tooth. The actual weight loss was not as dramatic but it could also be because I did not do all the walking you are supposed to-- but I was overall really happy with the results. You feel good on it. The first few days are tough though- I had headaches, felt sick and achy- could have been just a withdrawl from caffeine and sugar (even though I eat healthy 95% of the time)....

Go for it-- its nice to know that you can do it and have the self discipline!

p.s. we did not buy the supplements they say you have to get- we went on bb.com and found the same thing but for WAY cheaper!
