I have found the best trainer and he is kicking my butt. My competition date has been moved up to June so I am working hard and busting my butt to be the best that I can be. Wow that sounds kind of cheesy. I have already lost a lot of body fat and working on building muscle.

I am working out 7 day a week. I lift 5 days and just cardio on the other two. I am really discouraged today because I stepped on the scales and I thought I had lost more weight. My trainer told me to stay off the scales until he told me and I should have listened

Definately. Hormones, water, salt, stress..... you name it and it will change the scale. It is better to use an old pair of jeans or something like that to judge where your body is.

Is nothing but a number!! STAY AWAY from the evil scale and go by measurements and bodyfat ;) That's my 2cents:D

No off days with a show 3 months away? How are you supposed to recover?
Tread carefully.

your trainer is like a tyrant.... 7 days a week 3 months out= recipe for a terrible rebound
-- what are his plans if you plateau this early out?
