Well I started my 5x5 last week and was surprised with how easy all of the first week lifts were and the fact that I experienced zero soreness. I am squatting on Mon-Wed(light)-Fri. Well this is my 2nd week and today was my "light" leg day and I have to say that I have never experienced quad cramps like these. On my 3rd set the outer head of my quads began to feel like they would explode. I was worried that I wasnt getting anything out of this workout but obviously I was wrong!!!
