I'm a 23 year old female. I've set a date to quit smoking, and to avoid weight gain (as I am 7 months away from my wedding, and bathing suit season is around the corner) I am totally geared to shape up. I would like to lose a couple inches here and there, but my main goal is to tone up what I've got....NO more jigglies!
My only problem, is that I have no idea where to begin. I work a really ****ty schedule, and I don't really have a lot of extra time to run to the gym, ... If anyone has any suggestions in regards to excercising at home, please...help.

Your nutrition is of most importance.

You can purchase an adjustable set of dumbbells fairly cheap, and workout at home.

After that, you have to dedicate rougly 40 - 60 minutes a day (cardio too) to complete your program.
