I have been discovering pain in my upper-back, right between my shoulder blades, on the days after I lift. It's not a sore, fatigued feeling, but more of a sharp pain that makes it difficult to bend over. I am following starting strength, and so far I am doing squats, deadlifts, bench press, press, and row.
I usually only get the pain on the day after my workout, and not during or immediately after the workout itself. I figured that if I was using improper form, then it would hurt sooner.
