I am trying to find a good routine to gain some muscle but keep my cardio routine up. I have read things on bodybuilding, but I want the input of experienced people's opinion. Any advice would be appreciated.

This is my usual running routine: Sprint Intervals Monday, Distance Running Saturday, and Hill/Stair Intervals Thursday.

That's not a bad cardio routine at all. The sprints and hill/stairs interval is great for the lower body and only one day of long distance running shouldn't kill your muscle gains. But in order to gain muscle you need to start lifting 3x a week. Challenging weights. And get your diet in check. Building muscle takes protein and it works best if you eat slightly above maintenance cals. You can gain muscle at a slower rate with fewer cals however. It's up to you. If you haven't been lifting weights I start out over maintenance and go for it. Take advantage of newbie gains for 4 months. Then you can drop the cals and lean out. Done right, this bulking phase should only add on a couple of pounds of body fat.
