Just letting some of you know that tonight on Spike T.V. at 9:00pm is the UFC Fight For The Troops live special and it's 3 hours long!
Yeah I'm watching fights already gettin' hyped for it.

between the knock out in the main event and the arm bar that snapped the dudes elbow that was pretty awesome.
The cause was just as great too.

yea saw the replay after my response.. i dunno what it is even though i thinks its so awesome but i get a lil freaked by watching bones break, but seeing them after isnt a problem, least i dont think haha maybe cuz i never broke a bone.. the mtv show was hell for me would be wincing the whole time
on a side note one of my profs is tryin to get me into a clinic where they do counseling w/ soldiers returning home.. after seeing this i really want to get in on that to help out

There's always a seemingly endless supply of ignorance regarding MMA. People make so many baseless assertions that at times I wonder if they even like the sport.
TUF Finale this Saturday too, hope it's as entertaining as this card was.

guy tried to 'run the pipe' and it just put him in a worse position, that was worse than the silva break imo
for free those were some amazing fights

thats probably boxing youre thinking of, MMA has a significantly lower chance of brain injury because of the style
