I'm interested in trying to get on the workout wagon here. I'm wondering who is a good coach/personal trainer on here that I can get in touch with. I'm wanting to know what it is that you like about them. And how much are there fees. TIA for the help!!!

*little giggle on the inside* My workout instructor is pretty well known, but I get to take his class for little to nothing, because he holds it at the church where he and my mother both are members. I've missed out on several weeks, now (all Monday nights) due to various things, mostly being sick. x.x So I just know I'm going to hear it from him when I see him again.
But at least my weightloss is coming along. :}
But he's the greatest! And a very kind and caring person. I was already reading on here right before taking his classes, but his encouragement has helped me focus on learning all I can and doing the best I can.
I need to kick my diet back into gear. I had way too many almonds today. And some gingersnaps. ;o;
