In the following link, I read that it is safe for women to use Animal Cuts supplement http://www.animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=65 .
The thing is that I am using a low-hormone birth control pill. Can anyone please help me with this, i don't know if it's safe for me to use Animal Cuts?

Go ask your doctor.

The Animal Cuts contains St. John's Wort and I believe it may ause some issues with your birth control.

Thanx, guys, I knew that one of the answers would be "go ask your doctor".
My mom is my gynaecologist. And whatever supplement I asked her about (besides vitamins maybe), the answer was something like "don't take it, you might die!" haha

Yes, animal cuts would conflict because of the St. John's Wart. Any fat burner with gugglesterones could conflict with your birth control pills. I'd recommend looking into scorch and/or some of the nonstim. fat burners (eg. sesamin, vaporize).
If you want to check into specific ingredients here are a couple websites:

You can also try searching in wikipedia, and google. Do you have a personal doctor who is unrelated to you? I would expect your mother to be more cautious.

Thank you, Terracotta,
these links are very useful. You must have misunderstood me - my mom is TOO cautious - she will tell me not to take any supplement, even if it is safe. I gave up on Animal Cuts and G Zero also, because the latter has guggul. Seems that any supplement I want to use is a NO NO. Also had problems with Hydroxycut.

im currently on lo-ovral and using animal cuts... I was told it wont definatly but "may" reduce the effectiveness of the pill so my doc advised me to use a non-hormonal backup

What about using Animal Cuts with someone that uses the DP shot for birth control? My girlfriend is thinking about starting on the stuff but wanted some more info first.
