I have what seems to be rc pain in my left shoulder. It however doesn't get sore until roughly 4 days later? Makes no sense to me. It is not really sore although I can feel it very slightly during chest and shoulder days.
For example I lifted chest monday, legs tuesday haven't worked out since. Friday I wake up and my shoulder is sore? It will pretty much subside in a day or two, but I was wondering if anyone experiences the same thing? Everyone I talk to at the gym with shoulder issues gets pain immediately after or within the next day or so of working out.
Do you guys do light rotator cuff exercises, even if it causes discomfort while doing the movements?
