? Bowl of porridge
? 1 serving of weight gainer


Mid Morning Snack ? 11am
? 1 serving weight gainer
? 1 tbsp flax oil
? 1 banana


Lunch ? 1pm
? Chicken sandwich


Afternoon Snack ? 3pm
? 1 serving weight gainer
? 1 tbsp flax oil
? 1 apple


Dinner ? 6pm
? Normal dinner= meat potatoes vegetables


Evening Snack ? 11pm
? 1 serving weight gainer
? 1 tbsp flax oil
? Orange



is this an alright weight gain diet?? how many calories (on estimate) would this be???

Eat more real food and fewer weight gainer shakes. Chicken, beef, tuna, peanut butter, eggs, lunch meats, bread, milk, etc.

And as far as the number of calories, go to www.fitday.com. It makes stuff much easier.
