You will get a lot more replies if you take the pics, load them on a photo sharing site such as photobucket and post the image links in here. You have basically given anyone who wants to help you work to do...

Post them here as well as your diet, show date and be as specific as possible. This will show you are serious.

Good luck.

Your transformation is impressive, with the contest coming up soon, all you can pretty much do is make sure you come in as lean and full as possible. Read Laynes contest prep article at the top of this section and don't count on any tricks for contest day.

Take some better pictures if you want better critique on that though.

yea i've read that atleast twice man thx for the advice though. I've hired a nutritionist so i plan on being pretty dialed in. He wants me coming in around 4%.. personally i find this unrealistic I've always sat around 14%-15% but I've never competed before so we'll see what happens.

I hope your not paying some regular smuck your hard earned dollars, you can get the know how of exactly what and when to eat for free on these boards. Or have a custom plan and workout designed for you from teamscivation.com

99% of them, nothing at all. Most nutritionists will tell you that 75g of protein a day is enough for the average 200lb male.
