Ok, tell me how unrealistic this is. I achieved this a few years back, but I want to know if it is a fluke.
Take an experienced lifter, who, for whatever reason, has an extended period of absence from the gym. He loses around 20-25 lbs. body weight goes from 225 to 200.
Then, makes a comeback, in a month, gains back 15 lbs. Diet, sleep, and training are all beautiful, and only supplement taken is creatine monohydrate.
Is that 15 lb comeback completely ridiculous, or does it happen all the time to guys in similar situations (after leaves of absence from gym).
