I have never tried a intra workout supplement. I would love to try it and would provide a log of my workout and diet with supplements so were can I sign up? Currently on SP250 a multi vit. and L-glutamine and the creatine

17 months hardcore training (but on and off for years). i work out all lifes issues in the gym. i take it very serious. its my passion, hobby and anti-drug! you should pick me because i am/will be dedicated to improve on a daily bassis. i will give you well documented info on your product and how it affects my training. :)

these are my staple meals! i often eat around 200 grams protien and 250 grams or so of carbs and of course good fats (olive oil). but it depends on the day somtimes i will eat more, or a different food item, but alway get my nutrion :)

I've tried both the Nano Vapor (one bottle), NO-Xplode (4-5 bottles) and the original Labrada Supercharge (one bottle). Here is my application.

Age: 22

Current Training Schedule:

- DC-style training, just incorporated one week ago, and I?m already LOVING it! I am going balls to the walls every session ! Mix it up, and never repeat the same protocol, exercises, rep scheme or anything else.

The rotation goes;

Day #1) AM: Cardio, Abs PM: Legs, Calves
Day #2) AM: Cardio, Abs PM: Chest, Serratus
Day #3) AM: Cardio, Abs PM: Back, Traps
Day #4) AM: Cardio, Abs PM: Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Traps (?)
Day #5) AM: Cardio, Abs PM: Cardio
Day #6) Start rotation over again with Day #1

I always switch up my exercises from session to session, as well as my rep-scheme. I utilize a lot of unorthodox supersets, drop-sets, negatives, etc, and mix high repetition exercises with low and medium repetition exercises. Anything to keep my body guessing and growing !


Cardio Schedule/Protocol :

Cardio: 40-60 minutes every morning, alongside of Abs, 6-7 days a week. Also perform an additional cardio session on my days off weightlifting. Cardio is either running or walking outdoors, or the Eliptical Machine or HIGH Incline walking on the treadmill.
Abs: are performed for 15-20 minutes each morning following cardio. I focus on continuous tension, super sets, and high repetition sets. Minimum 30 reps each exercise, but often 50-75 reps.

- Get down to 5% bodyfat, while maintaining muscle mass. Get the cuts in my obliques and abdominals. Surpass my previous all-time best conditioning. Strength increases only further help my ego, so I wouldn?t mind dieting while boosting strength.


Long Term Goal:

- maintain 5-7% bodyfat, while building lean muscle. My ideal bodyweight is around 235-240 lbs, but I want to be at that level ripped to shreds next time I get to that weight.

well this does have caffeine and NO Xplode has won Muscle building product of the year on here several times. Maybe this has something to do with it?

Same here, friend ! I will potentially be comparing it to Xtend (I am born and bred on this!), Purple Wraath, and Intrabolic by AEN.

I have been working out now for a little over a year. I never started lifting weights until my senior year of high school. Man I wish I got into it sooner, but better late than never. I've never had a coach or instructor to tell me what to do. Over the past yearish, I've learned to listen to my body. I know what works best for me. Over the summer I became serious about bodybuilding. I would look up information every day to try and discover new things. I still do till this day. Some new changes would be that I no longer eat fast food, I drink 2 gallons of water a day, and I eat every 2-3 hours. Many of my friends don't understand why I do this. I do it for me, no one else. I've made bodybuilding not a hobby, but a lifestyle change.

I used to train each muscle two times a week. I switched over to this routine and like it a lot more. It gives me more time to really focus on getting each muscle group hard.

Current Daily water intake: around 2 gallons a day. I always bring water to my school classes =]

Short Term Goal: Put on muscle mass during this winter season. Increase the intensity of my routines.

Long Term Goal: To live a healthier lifestyle.

I have training for the past 5 years at first because of football and now just for my love of lifting and in hopes of competing in a competition within the next 2 years. Being an Ectomorph supplements have helped me tremendously is gaining both size and strength quicker then without. Training experience: I was really exposed to weight training during my 4 years in the Army. We'd run and do pushups at 6AM because they MADE us, and we'd hit Bally's at 6PM because it was fun. The last 15 years I have gone through cycles of lifting and cheeseburgers. The last few years I've been lucky enough to have access to great gyms and good training partners. I'd say I've been consistent for 6 of the last 8 years (if that makes sense). Weight lifting is just one of those addictive things. I do a little, then I want more.
The last few years I've started looking at supps to help my old body recover faster.

Current Training Schedule: I change my weight training every 4-6 weeks, alternating splits, reps and poundage.
Right now, I'm back to basics with a 4 day split- back and bi, chest and tri, I alternate shoulders and legs, and a rest day. This is as old school as I get. I trained like this with those Army buddies 16 years ago. I?m getting real good gains on this split.

Cardio Schedule: Before lifting, I always warm up with about 10 minutes on the elliptical. When I focus on cutting bodyfat, I add another 20-30 minutes after lifting.
I either go mountain biking or take a spin class 1-2 times a week.

Current supplements: Dymatize Elite 12 protein, EAS MRPs, bulk glutamine and creatine, AI Essentials, Animal Pak, Omega and Flex, Purple Wraath, and I'm trying a few different pre and post workout drinks right now: sampling new stuff, nothing steady.

Current Diet: general daily diet- oatmeal, turkey sandwich and hummus on whole grain bread, a PBJ after training, Greek yogurt, 2-3 smaller meals with quinoa or brown rice, veggies and lean meat, 2-3 protein shakes.

Current Daily water intake: 1-2 gallons depending on activity. If I go for a bike ride I can drink 3 liters in a few hours.

Short Term Goal: Not lose current muscle mass but drop about 10 pounds of fat.

Long Term Goal: Keep working out for general well being. I'm in this for longevity rather than aesthetics.

Drug free for life. Well, the illegal kind at least.

I have used NO Explode before, 1 Tub.

I got a minni bottle, which was a full 2 weeks supply, if used every day. I train, once every 4 days, high intensity style, major lifts only. So It actually Lasted me 2 months. It was great for pre workout amp, significantly increased my bench press, not to mention a great pump. I would love to compare this. Other than that I have only tried samples of other no products.

1st thought was that 100mg caff would be weak and it seemed to be, but i'll keep workin at it :)

This is a peri-workout drink, right? As in you take it during your workout. Are you used to taking caffeine during your workout?

The poster I posed the question to said that 100 mg's of caffeine was weak and I was asking if he was used to taking caffeine during the workout. Most people that I know take it before their workout.

i did my workout this morning and the product didnt come till 2:30 so tommorrow i will actually use it. (although i did sneak a sample taste and its not too bad, but i will let you guys know in the log.) :) and i have plans tonight with my girl, (christmas shopping again, YAY).

Yeah man, I wish .. but I wasn't gonna postpone my road trip any longer, so I took off the 20th.. Got it waiting for me for when i come back to CS in early January. So it'll be a postponed log, but ya can't say I didn't 'try' to get it on time.
