i have constant irritating pain in my left groin and adductor region..it aggravates on lunges and sprinting..it pains when i squeeze my thighs together or sneeze..nights are horrible as u become aware of the pain..
It happened when i was lunging and went off balance for a second but after spending a lot of money i was told to live with it.. As operations success is only 20% i decided against going under the knife..
Please let me know if any1 has this condition and how to cope up with it and are there other treatments available?..i have so many questions..help..

I would go see an ART practitioner as soon as possible, especially if the pain is as bad as you say.
Unfortunately there's not much you can do for yourself with a sport's hernia- foam rolling might even aggravate the problem.
Good luck.

Well, I had the surgery last year in Nov. And Its alot better now. I can do alot of the exercises without hurting as bad or feeling like its gonna pop now. It still hurts some when I do the exercise alot but that could just be due to the fact its never really done it before.
