does any one have a simple 4 day program to help me get toned and build strengh as a beginer? thankz!

Well as a beginner I really suggest starting with a 3 day full body routine with solid compound work and no isolations. If you really must have a 4-day program then I would go either upper/lower or push/pull. But I would give much though to the 3 day routine, you need to build your system up to strength training, it is great for you, but still it should be begun in a wise manner with focus on proper form, intensity, and program design.

what do you mean by a three day program? do you mean work out for three and off four?? I am trying to tighten up my routine after seeing "buff mom" and others like her...I know I need to be more motivated but also I need more discipline..and mostly Ihave to work from home ...so I need some good simple excercises I can do here..
