What would be on a bodybuilder's Christmas list?

Protein (Whey, Casein, Egg, Soy, Wheat, or Gemma) Skip La Cour notes the importance of protein in the Ironman's Ultimate Guide to Bodybuilding Nutrition. "I would go so far as to say that 75% of the money you spend on food and supplements should go for protein"(Sisko,4).

Workout clothes-They allow you to be comfortable and look good. You can buy some new shoes for cardio training.

Gym Bag-You put items in your gym bag like your workout clothes.

Food-The number one source to build muscle and lose fat.

Supplements-If your training and diet are on track, add these in for a boost to recovery and your workouts.

Gift certificate-You can have whatever you like.

Workout/Training Journal- It keep track of anything

MP3 Player-Gets you pumped up.

Inspiration Books-get you motivated to work out.

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder when on a budget? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

A good gift to give to a bodybuilder is a brand new workout shirt and some brand new shorts. Clothes make the man and the woman. They liven you up and make you feel confident anywhere you go. A new gym outfit can help you mentally in the gym and help you push past plateaus. Self-motivation in the gym is great tool and why not buy a bodybuilder something that will have him/her feeling good.

Another gift to give a bodybuilder is a gym bag. He/she can carry away his/her gym bag to the workout room. He/she can store their supplements in the bag along with workout clothes and a towel if they need it. Gym bags are popular items for bodybuilder and are not that expensive. Gym bags keep you focused and ready for the gym. No need to hold your clothes in your hand when you can lug it around in a comfortable gym bag. Also, in this gym bag you could include a towel to dry off and a shaker to take your powder supplements before, during, and after working out. It is a win-win for all.

When you go in the gym many of us hear the constant chatter of people and weights hitting the ground hard. I hear this in my gym and also hear the music over the loudspeaker. How can you workout listening to John Mayer? I love John Mayer's music outside of the gym, but this is not the place. Why not block out this music and pump your own tunes courtesy of an MP3 player, Windows Zune, Ipod Shuffle, or anything else. Music gets me focused and pumped up in the gym to hit the weights hard. Also, you can buy a mp3 card(Ipod store or Rhapsody), so he/she can load tracks on the player. Therefore, you can keep your bodybuilding friend on the legal side of the law.

Every bodybuilder needs to keep track of his/her workouts and things he/she puts in their body. You need a workout/nutrition journal and this comes in handy. It allows you to keep yourself honest when working out or tracking how many calories you take in. You can also keep track of cardio training too.

Why not buy a inspirational book or movie. Pumping Iron gets me motivated to workout when I am stressed beyond belief. Books and videos are great tools to reduce the amount of stress in your life and keep you healthy.

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder if money is not an issue? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

Food:
Before supplementing, the first step in getting big is eating a high protein, moderate carb, low-fat diet. Food is the first and best source in getting big in bodybuilding. You can go to a warehouse that specializes in bulk products
(Sam's Club, Costco, and others) and literally go crazy. Egg whites or whole eggs can be bought cheaply, meat(chicken breast, turkey, and etc), and others. You can stock up on carb sources like oatmeal, whole grains, vegetables, and other low glycemic items. Also, you can get fats like natural peanut butter and fats from nuts. Bulk warehouses are the real deal.

Supplement Stack:
Once you have your food in order and want to take it to the next step, then get ready for those supplements. You are in the big leagues now ladies and gentleman. Get your bodybuilder friend the whole supplement arsenal. A good arsenal would include:

Pre-workout product: Get you pumped and ready to workout(Animal Pump, SuperPump250, NanoVapor)

Intra-workout product: It keeps you energized between sets.(Fast Twitch, Intra-Aid, IntrAbolic)

Post-workout product: It helps you recover from the grueling workout.
(Torrent, 2:1:1 Recovery, Golden Finish, XF Relentless)

BCAA: Build and protect tissue

Whey protein: Fills you up and helps build muscle.( Optimum Whey, Scivation Whey, Dymatize)

Casein Protein: It keeps your body anabolic at night ( XF Ultra Peptide, ON Casein protein)

Multivitamin: You need this as support( Now brand, Animal Pak, Orange Triad)

Fish Oils: It keeps your heart functioning great.

This would be a huge gift for any bodybuilder and they would be surprised and thankful.

I almost forget to include this. When you can't hit up the gym,you need weights at home. Why not purchase your friend a bench, barbell, and some dumbbells. This can save them money by not going to the gym and allows them not to make excuses if the weather is too cold, too hot, or raining. No more excuses when you provide the equipment in the comfort of your home. You can add in a pull-up bar and some resistance bands. Resistance bands and a jump rope can travel with you in a hotels, motels and wherever you go. Throw in a medicine ball and bosu balls and you are set.

Bonus Question: If you could receive one gift related to bodybuilding & fitness, what would it be? Why?

If I could receive a gift, it would be a gift certificate from bodybuilding com. I could pick whatever I want and not worry about liking the gift or not. I would not have to worry about returning it at all. Gift certificates can allow me to get stuff I can only dream of or can't afford. I could get 10 pounds of whey for around 50 to 80 dollars and be set for a couple of months. Gift certificates are the bomb ladies and gentleman.

TOPIC: What Do You Buy A Bodybuilder For Christmas?

The holidays are here again, and whether it's training for a sport, aspiring to hit the stage, or battling obesity, working out is a favorite hobby of many. Chances are, you know someone who loves to hit the gym. But since you can't buy muscles, what should you shop for to give your bodybuilding friend?

What would be on a bodybuilder's Christmas list?

Equipment

Simply put, without weights, a bodybuilder is going to have a lot of problems reaching his goals. Many gym memberships are made on a monthly or yearly basis, so if your friend's membership is due to expire, buying him some extra time would be much appreciated. For those that work out at home, some new dumbells or other weights would be a great addition to their dream gym.

Gym bags, lifting straps, (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/straps.html) sweat bands and water bottles and shakers (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/shakmix.htm) are essential components to any bodybuilder's aresenal as well and are great choices.

FOOD!

Let's be honest, most bodybuilders love to eat. However, tuna and brown rice can get a little boring after a while, so why not treat your friend to something different for a change? Know someone who's always on the go? Grab some protein bars (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/barspage.htm). Or how about a high-end cut of meat or fish? Items to aid in food preparation are also great choices as well - a grill, microwave or even a lunch bag can go a long way.

Supplements

Ah, the good stuff. If your bodybuilding friend is anything like me, nothing will put a smile on his face like a shiny new supplement. Here are some of the basics:

PROTEIN

Whether bulking or cutting, on a 40/40/20 diet or Keto, one macronutrient is never neglected: protein, the muscle builder. And with so many varieties and flavors, you'll never get bored. Whey Protein (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/whey.html) is a very popular choice and is excellent for post-workout situations. Lactose intolerant? No worries, try out some egg protein (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/egg.html) or soy protein. (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/soy.html)

CREATINE

Creatine (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/goalcreatine.htm) is a very popular, proven supplement to pack on some size and strength. A wide variety of products are available, some with caffeine for an extra pre-workout boost and some in a simple powdered form for anytime use.

FAT LOSS PRODUCTS

If dieting or simply trying to limit fat gain on a bulk, fat loss products (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/wgt.htm) such as thermogenics are a great choice.

There are plenty of other supplements available, so let your imagination run wild!

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder when on a budget?

It's no secret that the economy isn't in the greatest shape right now, and some of the luxury spending has to be curved. With that in mind, you have to strip down to the essentials.

Can't afford a gym membership? Some inexpensive free weights or a simple pull-up bar can go a long way to building a better body. Pull-up bars can be used for a variety of exercises when placed at the top of the door frame, and can be used for crunches when placed near the bottom.

Food is a huge expensive, and it's hard to avoid it. But buying in bulk brings a LOT of savings, and trial memberships at BJ's and other discount retailers that specialize in industrial size products are quite cheap, so make the most of it! Also, many manufacturers make 10lb (or larger!) bags of protein, and this can save a lot in the long run.

CLOTHES

With all that hard work in the gym, a bodybuilder definitely deserves to show off the results. Why com not grab some gear? (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clothing.htm) Look your best in a muscle shirt or show your BB.com pride.

MUSIC

Compact discs are pretty cheap, and music is a great natural motivation tool. You can also grab an iTunes gift card or buy some digital downloads for a pretty good price to keep your favorite bodybuilder going even after the caffeine has worn off.

For serious bodybuilders, managing macros can be crucial. Why not get a food scale? There are many inexpensive models, such as this one (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/vm/food.html), but no matter the price, they are always handy.

Speaking of scales, a simple bathroom scale or mirror will also help your budding bodybuilder keep track of his progress.

Gift cards are also a great choice if you don't have too much to spend and want to make sure it's spent wisely- just let your friend make the choice for himself. It may seem impersonal, but he'll appreciate the fact that he gets to make the choice.

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder if money is not an issue?

So the sky's the limit? Luckily, if you have money, the bodybuilding world has something for you to spend it on. Because supplements are on the top of many bodybuilder's lists, why not get something really special?

Ultra Peptide 2.0 (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/xf/ultrapeptide2.html)is considered to be a top-notch supplement, combining healthy fats, high quality protein (both fast and slow digesting) and complex carbohydrates. Supplement stacks (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/combos.htm) can also be a bit pricey, but they often incorporate all of the essentials (as well as some extras) into one convenient package.

Fitness equipment is obviously a necessity, and if you can afford to buy the bodybuilder you know a home gym, he will probably kiss the ground on which you walk. Some portable/collapsable weights would also be great for those who travel frequently. An exercise bike or treadmill is also an excellent choice as a year-round option for cardio.

An MP3 player is another excellent choice, and I often find that music is the ultimate pre-workout pump supplement. Sure, protable music is expensive, but if you've got the funds, go for it! Be sure to get an armband or belt attachment and some comfortable headphones to guarantee it won't get in the way.

Bonus Question: If you could receive one gift related to bodybuilding & fitness, what would it be? Why?

To be honest, I'd be thankful for anything right now, but I am in dire need of some new weights. While I'm happy that I've made strength gains, it's disappointing that I don't have enough weights at home to really challenge myself for maximum strength. Also, weights are extremely versatile, so whether I'm bulking, cutting or maintaining, they will always be useful.

One thing I think every bodybuilder needs, though, is support. The bodybuilding lifestyle can be difficult and if you're not competing, it can be difficult to maintain motivation year-round. However, compliments from friends and family can be a great boost, and the knowledge that the ones you care about are supportive of your goals is some great food for thought.

What would be on a bodybuilder's Christmas list?

Bodybuilders have fairly unique Christmas lists. A bodybuilder would of course be thrilled to receive a batch of cookies for Christmas, however, they certainly wouldn't be enjoyed quite as much as 2lbs of whey protein in a flavor they haven't tried before. I'll speak to some things that I wouldn't mind getting for Christmas:

First and foremost, a gift certificate to an online store or sports merchandise store would be excellent. Gift certificates are great and are the best way to make sure the bodybuilder you?re buying for is happy. Gift certificates can seem rather impersonal however, and some people want a gift that shows some more thought.

A few things that bodybuilders are constantly in need of:

-Gym clothes - I know I am always looking for ways around doing laundry every other day, the best solution, have more clothes! Gym shorts, pants, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, moisture wicking materials, even some good sneakers all make great gifts.
-Gym Accessories - Gloves, weight belt, lifting straps, or headphones. Very rarely do gloves last more then 3 months for me, so a stock pile of gloves would be great. Obviously check on need, maybe your bodybuilder already has a weight belt they won't give up and a trusty set of headphones, but if the headphones they?re using have all the foam gone or don?t work like the used to, this would be a great gift.
-Protein - Always in need, not much says thoughtful better then a nice 5 pounder of protein that the bodybuilder in your life won't have to buy themselves.
-Food - A tub of beef jerky snacks, a case of protein bars, a can of steel cut oats, if it can be bought in bulk and not go bad, buy up and watch the smiles roll in.

Other things that may be on a Christmas list would include, home workout equipment. Examples may include a couple of kettleballs, dumbbells, curl bar, resistance bands, jump rope, pull-up bar, punching bag, perfect push-up, etc. Basically if it looks like it would help building muscle and/or loosing fat, you can't go wrong.

Along these lines, I think a great gift would be a Nintendo Wii with WiiFit. This is starting to get on the more expensive side, but well worth it in my opinion. This is a way to get friends involved in staying healthy as well. You could invite all your friends over and have a tennis tournament or a boxing match. I know I work up a decent sweat when I play Wii Boxing. Wii is a great rainy day activity, great on my rest day to burn a few extra calories while still playing video games. I really feel like it's a great all around present.

Kitchen gadgets are also a nice touch. Bodybuilders have to be very conscience in the kitchen and some gadgets can certainly help. A nice wok would be a great gift, as would a rice cooker, blender, food scale, knife set, or a cookbook.

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder when on a budget? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

If you're on a budget for Christmas but still want to give some nice gifts for a bodybuilder you know, there are a few options:

Shaker Bottle - Who couldn't use a new shaker bottle? These things max out at about $6 and are a great stocking stuffer. Having a couple kicking around is great for avoiding washing the same ones out every single day, may be helpful to have one at work as well as at home, or maybe the old ones have seen better days, either way, definitely appreciated.

Lifting Straps - Cheap and most don't last more then a few months anyway, throw a couple pair of cheapies or one pair of nice ($15) ones in a stocking and you're a saint.

Protein - 1/2 pound bags can be bought for under $20 and are a nice way for a bodybuilder to experiment with other flavors. I know I buy chocolate and vanilla in the biggest bulk I can get. So if someone wanted to get me a 1 lb. bag of creamy banana whey or caramel swirl casein, I wouldn't complain. It?s nice to break up the same-old, same-old every once and awhile.

There are also several food items that I find too pricey to buy on a weekly basis that would be a great cheap present. These foods may include wheat germ ($6), Irish steel cut oatmeal ($7), or a nice steak from a local organic farmer's market ($20).

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder if money is not an issue? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

The best gift I can think of for someone that has no monetary concerns would be an amount of time with a personal trainer. This is especially useful for someone such as me, who trains alone. You could find a trainer nearby, perhaps someone that used to compete and buy a 3-month to a 1-year session with them. A personal trainer provides a little extra motivation, someone to push just a little harder, and can make you reach goals even faster. Plus a personal trainer will have a few different ideas as far as training and eating is concerned, and it?s good to mix things up now and then. If you wanted to be really fancy you could find a trainer that doubles as a dietary specialist and even prepares meals. There's not much better then not having to worry about preparing all those high protein, low-fat meals.

Another great idea for someone with lots of cash flow would be to pay for their favorite bodybuilder's gym membership for a year. Gym dues are getting more and more expensive and being able to spend that extra cash on supplements every month would make any bodybuilder very happy!

Bonus Question: If you could receive one gift related to bodybuilding & fitness, what would it be? Why?

My dream gift would be a trip out to see the Mr. Olympia competition. This is bodybuilder heaven. So many companies pushing products, muscle heads everywhere, literature to read, ideas to use, and the best of the best in our sport competing. I would fill my luggage with samples, fill my digital camera with pictures, and fill my head with inspiration to achieve the goals I've set for myself. It's like a World Series ticket to a baseball fan; the premier event for any bodybuilder.

What would be on a bodybuilder's Christmas list?

First off, yes we bodybuilders are a special brand of people, the top of the top. That?s why we need special gifts that are not suited for regular human beings.

While pretty much anything can be on a bodybuilder?s Christmas list, a few selected items that are related to bodybuilding are to be in that list.

Some gifts are universal, but others are specificly suited for particular type of goals. Here are the most popular ones that your friends and family might be trying to achieve : Weight loss, muscle gain or endurance gain.

So,without any doubt, thats what a bodybuilder?s Christmas list would look like :

-Supplements to achieve my goal
-Proper equipment so I can make more efficiently spend my time in the gym
-Books to improve my knowledge and to perhaps change my perception of things, again in order to make my training more efficient
-Something to make my training more fun/enjoyable
-Something that would be usefull in the gym

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder when on a budget? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

Especially during holiday, we tend to think everyone can afford to spend without any regards for their friends and family. We could not be more wrong. A lot of people are on a budget, and none of those persons want to neglect their friends around Christmas time. Here are some cool gifts, that will please anyone getting them as presents!

Bodybuilding.com gift card :

Definetly the best gift around and don?t convince yourself gift cards are boring because they really aren?t!

Why this gift?

One main reason, supplements. I?d like to explain you what I think about giving supplements for Christmas.

First of all, everyone is trying to achieve different goals, I already mentionned that. So buying the right supplement IS tricky. You can?t know if he will like the flavor of it, you can?t know if wants that particular supplement and you can?t also know if he already ordered that supplement and just waits for it to arrive!

So no supplements for Christmas? Well not exactly. Yes I suggest you do not give any supplements?in a direct way. Supplements are according to me the best gift to buy someone, but since you can?t pick the best ones for someone else, here is the solution : A bodybuilding.com gift card (ranging from 5$ to150$!) Any body thinking about transforming or building their body efficiently must think about supplements. I won?t go in the details but, I highly suggest you to take a look at that list : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/top50.htm, if a product sounds good to you, browse through bodybuilding.com and you?ll find ALL the information you need about it.

Captain of Crush hand grippers :

Who would not want a better grip? The Captain of Crush brand is world-wide reconized for top quality, and for only 19,99$ each, you won?t break your budget buying one! So weater you are looking for a gift to give to someone who really need some grip improvement or to someone who wants to see if he can close the no.4 and be the 6th man in the world to do so, CoC hand grippers won?t desapoint!

Lifting straps :

An other gift that is under 20 $ and that will light up the day of bodybuilder who is tired of borrowing the sweaty ones they lend at the gym! Straps are made to help a lifter do some movements with heavy weights his grip would not let him handle.

Bodybuilding gloves :

I don?t have any brand to recommand you, but Wal-Mart ones won?t do the job. You need good gloves to protect your hands and avoid excessive callus formations. Everybody needs gloves but, not everyone use them because weater they don?t have any (!) or because theirs are of poor quality. Gloves that are too tick won?t allow proper grip and are definetly not worth buying. On the other side, gloves that look cheap, are probably cheaply made. Watch out for the hand size too, a too tight fit will cut the blood flow in the hands, and when doing heavy shrugs or deadlift, you don?t want that to happen!

Belt :

For experienced lifters a great belt is usefull. But for intermediate bodybuilders it can make the difference between beeing able to execute a movement properly or doing it with poor form. (Belt, good ones, may be a little expensive, so if you are looking for the cheapest gift, this is definetly not the one you should buy. Don?t bother buying a cheap one, sadly the lifter you'll give it to won't use it.)

Clothing :

Bodybuilding.com t-shirts and t-shirts with funny bodybuilding quotes (example : ? Life is too short to be smart ? ) are just great to receive. But some other high quality clothing will make anyone happy, new shorts to workout in, a new long-sleeve shirt to wear while jogging and etc.

Books :

Those might seem boring and might not get you the best reaction from the person who will receive them...at first. But trust me, in a few days or weeks, this person will kiss your feet telling you how helpfull those books were and how good of a read they had. Here are some suggestions:

-The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, by Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Dobbins

-Starting Strenght, by Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore

-Practical Programming for Strength Training, by Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore

-Strong Enough? Thoughts from Thirty Years of Barbell Training, by Mark Rippetoe

No one who did not already read those books will be able to tell you they learned nothing from them. Guarenteed. Beginners will get a great knowledge base to build on, more experienced lifters will add more bits of informations to their knowledge stack!

Logbook :

By taking notes of what you do in the gym, you?ll be able to track your progress efficiently. If you realize how much progress you are making, your motivation will increase, more motivation, more results, more results, more motivation?!

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder if money is not an issue? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

Working out at home equipment :

Bench :

Tons and tons of people have some free weights at home, but seldomly you?ll see someone with a good quality bench that does not look like its going to tare up into pieces. A bench to do inclines and proper flat press is a great gift to improve the range of exercice one can do at home. Some bench will even have additionnal equipements that will allow the owner to do some preacher curls and leg extensions. Plus, a bench can be used as a rack to deposit the bar when you are squatting (a good alternative if you can?t fit a power rack in your training room!).

Pull-up bar:

Many persons rely on bodyweight exercices to keep themselves in shape. Pushups, crunches and etc are good exercices, but they don?t or simply indirectly target the back. A convenient pull-up bar will solve those persons problem!

MP3 :

You can't imagine how many individuals would like to listen to their favorite music before a workout to get pumped, but cant. This gift is for them. When purchasing one, look up if they have the timer application on them. Its not something you usually look for when buying a MP3 player, but for a bodybuilder who wants to perfectly time his rest intervals, thats a cool tool.

Bonus Question: If you could receive one gift related to bodybuilding & fitness, what would it be? Why?

Only one!? Of course I'd never say no to a 150$ bodybuilding.com gift card but, specificly, I?d say that at the moment I would order from Santa the Practical Programming for Strength Training book by Mark Rippetoe. I like to plan and desing my own programs and with that book I believe I?d be able to take my training to the next level!

Okay, I'll admit it...I'm a sucker for Black Friday sales (Don't tell anyone).

Several years ago, in the sale-drucken stuper that I felt after seeking the early morning bargains, I ended up in one of my local electronic stores. That's when I seen them...body fat analyzers for a super low price. I got so excited, I bought 5 of them.

After returning home and admiring all of the morning's shopping acomplishments, it donned on me: Who on earth could I give a "metal electrical shock producing machine that tells you how FAT you are" gift to and not offend them? Well, after some contemplating; I ended up returning three of them. Of course I kept one for myself and made the other a gift for a body builder friend. By the way, he wasn't offended at all!

Merry Christmas to all and good luck this Black Friday!

What would be on a bodybuilder's Christmas list?

1. Supplements
2. Workout gear (weight belt, gloves, clothing, etc.).
3. Gift certificates to some of their favorite sporting goods stores
4. Books or DVDs from past competitions.
5. Gym membership (if they don?t already have one).

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder when on a budget? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

1. Supplements ? The good stuff is not cheap, but to reach your body building goals they are necessary. I think a gift certificate to your body builders favorite supplement website or store is a great gift that they?ll never forgot (especially if when it?s close to competition time). A gift basket of all their favorites, or of things they?ve wanted to try but couldn?t afford themselves ? priceless.
2. Food ? It?s already been said by others, but it?s the truth ? next to supplements, a gift card or certificate to the local grocery store would be a big help to a BB on a budget. But, if you can, really be generous with card or certificates to whole food store where they can easily find items that the local grocers would have to special order.
3. Clothing ? Shirts, shorts and shoes. When you?re going all out in the gym being comfortable has got to be number #1. But if your BBer has been really hitting it hard to make themselves look good get clothing for them that is flattering and showing off (but not by too much) their new body. Clothing is also a motivator for one to stick with their workout longer.

What are some of the best gifts to give a bodybuilder if money is not an issue? Describe in detail what those items are and why they might be useful.

1. If you can really splurge on your guy or gal, a personal training session with their favorite Body Builder, in my opinion, would be the ultimate gift. To get even 30-minutes with the person that got them started on the road to body building would keep you on their ?Favorite Persons? list for the rest of the year.
2. Get them tickets to the next upcoming body building event (Arnold Classic, etc.) and go for the VIP treatment for them, if possible.

Bonus Question: If you could receive one gift related to bodybuilding & fitness, what would it be? Why?

My vote would definitely be for the supplement gift basket. I basket (no matter what size) of my favorite products from either BSN, Gaspari Nutrition or Optimum Nutrition would be great, because a lot of the time when I have the extra money to got out and splurge on myself, I have to stop and think about the needs of my family. I can get what I need some other time ? that?s what Christmas wish lists are for. 

Deep tissue massage... BB'ers like to buy their own supp, and other toys... Grab them a certificate for a deep tissue massage, give them a mouthpiece to chomp down on and I promise you'll have a friend for life. Good Luck.
