Does this sound correct. I had a solid back workout on monday. woke up on tuesday with alot of pain and tension in my shoulder so to prevent injury i skipped tuesdays chest workout and just worked cardio. However, wed. i woke up and the pain was still there....I decided to go to my chiropractor and after a minute he said that the ribs on my left side where out of place and it was causing tension and inflamation thru the shoulder...He asked me if i had done and type of cable rows and i told him i did 5 sets of cable rows increasing the weight 20 pounds every set up until 180 pounds... He said more than likely this caused the ribs to be popped out of place.......Does this sound right to anybody ...Please help...Injury has been a bit of a problem of late...that and a never ending cold.
