Ok so I've been hitting the gym 6 days a week for about 4 months and was well on my way to losing those last 10lbs. I was seeing definition and was truly feeling great. Out of the blue I've gained back the weight, and I'm not just talking weight, inches too. I've even recently over the last three weeks started hitting twice a day including 60-75 min cardio, I've gained three more pounds. The only thing that has changed with my regular routine is that I had switched my pill and after 2 months of more complications with it I am now off. I know people say the pill affects your weight but really I just thought that was a myth? Any suggestions

I don't know anything about the pill - but maybe you're not eating enough calories for the amount of activity you're doing. One of the biggest problems women have when they see the scale stop moving is trying t increase their activity levels - even when they are already very active.
Try not to stress out, figure out your calories and then let us know how much you're eating. If you're not getting enough, your body will try to hold onto everything it has.

The pill can really affect some women. Give it some time now that you're off the one you switched too. Odds are your body wasn't getting the hint to adjust estrogen production as you were getting some in the pill. Hormones can really cause a woman to bloat up.

Yupyup.
Any medication changes how your body naturally works on a biochemical level - not just the one thing you are taking the medication for. It can take time to adjust to taking medication or going off medication.
I say medication a lot, don't I?
