View Full Version : Shoulder still not healed

Its been 2 weeks and it still hurts if i did dips or incline bench. Its wierd cause it doesnt hurt when i do shoulder press really. Its like that pressure against it. Ive taken motrin on and off and iced it for a few days before. Im not going to do any chest or shoulders until its 100%, but wouldnt of it already recovered.

yeah if it's your shoulder don't push it, if you don't do rows already i would definitly reccomend making them part of your routine, you may also want to include some rotator cuff strengthening exercises, and make sure you stretch and warm up properly before lifting

rows for back ya thats what i do and it doesnt bother my shoulder when i do back. im laying off chest and shoulders and do some rotator cuff exercises more
