I have just been squatting 3x a week on Bill Stars 5x5 and it has been proving to be working well for me

do front and back squats, both full and to parallel. Do deadlifts (romanian, rack pulls, pulls from a deficit, sumo, conventional). Hit you hamstrings and lowerback hard, do unilateral movements, and pull a sled. But also use the search function artard
