Been training for about 22 months, about 16 months serious (nutrition and activity wise). I still consider myself a noob because there is always more to learn, but am learning more everyday and trying to soak up as much knowledge about nutrition, workout programs, and supplements as possible. My short term goal is to gain another 5+ lbs. I am currently at 181-182lbs at probably around 14-15% BF. I love the bodybuilding lifestyle. I love eating healthy, cooking all kinds of food, and working out. I am a college student and bodybuilding is my hobby. I am fully dedicated to my goals.
Current Training Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
4-Day split, either 2 on 1 off or 4 on with 1 or 2 days off.

My main goal is hypertrophy while pushing myself every week. If something feels light I bump up the weight and push for more reps. I love high reps and high weight. Gotta get the best of both worlds. I love supersets, dropsets, failure sets. High intensity training is also something I enjoy doing. Go big or go home!
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
No real schedule. I go by the mirror. If I feel I need to get off my ass and do a little extra I'll throw in some interval sprints or a circuit after my workouts. I love doing high intensity circuits after lifting. Most recent circuit I did for cardio was 20 yd. sprint, then 5 pullups, then flip a 350lb. tire, then 20 yd. sprint to finish. Repeat that 3 times. I'm not a fan of LISS but do it occassionally. I LOVE HIGH INTENSITY!

What makes DNA the right product for me?
DNA is the right product for me because I love to train hard. I know the importance of BCAA's in anyone's supplement stack but I haven't the right one yet. I believe that DNA will help me push my limits every workout. I strive to personal records everytime I step in the gym. Supersets, dropset, and sets to failure are staples of most of my workouts. I believe a product such as DNA will help me set the bar higher and achieve all of my goals.
Why should you choose me?
I put full effort into every log that I do. I am an honest member and will give you an honest opinion on the product. Check out the logs and reviews that I have done, they are very thorough. I will not let you down!
How hard do you train?
I love to train hard. I love running around the gym like a madman doing all kinds of supersets. Just when I think I'm too tired to go on, I'll break out some dropsets to failure to finish off a workout. I love to train hard because really who likes to do boring cardio? I like to get my heartrate up by lifting hard. And when it comes to cardio I love to get out there and do all kinds of crazy stuff. I've flipped tires, dragged sleds, pushed sleds, anything intense I'll try.

The beginning:
I was laid out for 14months (which ended 12 months ago almost to the day) a lower back injury rendered my almost unable to move and poor information on my part (got to love that media) made me refuse the best form of treatment for the injury (prescribed AAS).
After regaining the ability to walk i went though a month of PT and was barely able to hold myself upright, 14 months in bed and large amounts of morphine and muscle relaxants had rendered me deep in a state of atrophy (eating like trash to find some enjoyment during times of pain didn't help either) during this time my lean mass fell to just under 145lbs wile my scale weight went up to 360lbs! needless to say i was a wreck (see some of my earliest photos on bodyspace.)
After then the PT ended i joined BB.com to help me regain my strength and get back in shape and beyond what i had ever been to help me reach my goals of becoming a Pro Heavyweight MMA Fighter.
Before my injury i had achieved a pair of brown belts in TKD and Kenpo and was determent to live my dream.
I started biking and doing light cardio from 357 down to 320lbs, and then lifted weights and kick boxed down to 260lbs over the last year total time. All the wile taking my lean mass up greatly. I did so naturally (And am actually proud now i didn't take the AAS treatment for my back so i can always have been a natural athlete, not just when it was easy to be one)
how hard do you train?:
Over the last year I have gone from training 6 times a week to training 8-10 times a week. (see my journal in sig for current training)
I train Brazilian Jujitsu every weekday morning, do kick boxing every weekend, and have now started lifting 3-4 nights a week. Recovery has now become an issue for me even more so because I am trying to recover from 2 training sessions most days wile trying to cut weight. (I hope to fight my first fight at 220lbs)
what makes DNA the right product for you?:
I have done some reading on BCAAs and am interested in seeing just how useful they are, I am a respectable poster and veteran of the loosing fat section, and would love to see if you guys help me get to further MMA success in exchange for me helping you see your products effect on high volume of training natural athletes.
If needed my diet is about 2800 k/cals a day with a requirement of 140g(as high as 200 some days though) of protein 80g of fat and a mountain of whole wheat carbs. (more details in first 1/2 of my journal)

I ran a 40 day log on this and got amazing results from it....DNA IS the real deal, I suggest that you at least give it a shot because you WONT be disappointed.

This is the reason why I do what I do and why people should be doing in this lifestyle. To train everyday at their hardest and to break records on a continuous basis.
I am always striving to break old records and set new ones to attain/shoot for.
And I would love to put DNA through a vigorous test to see how well it performs!
Plus!! -- Having a family and a brand spankin' newborn..a superior BCAA supp that can/will help in recovery is MUCH NEEDED as I tend to have limited sleep/recovery throughout the night.
How Hard Do I Train:
I think I train with high intensity. Currently I am following the Power/Rep Range/Shock Training Protocol, but IF I get chosen to test and log this product, I will be doing DC (Dog Crap) Training. I have been reading into it and I think it will be the perfect training regimen to follow for my last months of bulking.
Again, I tend to think I train intensely and with DC training in the foreseeable future..I can only presume that I will train even more intensely!

I can easily and truthfully say that I train the hardest of anyone I know/see normally at my gym. My friends often come to the gym at the same time as me and try to distract me, but they always see quickly that I am all business in there. Headphones on, mind cleared, and weights up: That's how I train.

I kept it quite detailed other than diet.
Training
As of this moment I am training in a powerlifting style for the most part with bits and pieces of bodybuilding type training added in. But soon to change once the semester ends I'll be doing more of a bodybuilding type workout with slightly higher reps but still lifting heavy.
I have done a few small powerlifting competitions and I am looking to do a bigger one and I want to do decent at it. I'm thinking possibly your product might give me the edge I want.
Goals
500 lb squat
345-350 lb Bench and a 550 lb deadlift.
I dont think I'm off to far from the squat and the deadlift. The bench seems like it will be the most work for me.
Why is Magnum DNA good for me?
Magnum DNA sounds like a good product for me because recovery time is a big deal when you are trying to hit the weights as much as possible. I have taken one GNC BCAA before and I actually was quite impressed at the results even though it was GNC. I also plan on cutting up some weight quite soon here and DNA would be a good choice since it would help me maintain all the hard earned mass and strength from over the past few months.
Current Stats
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 213 lbs
Bodytype: Meso/Endo (I used to be quite the chunker) Also built quite thick... I have wide hips (Never been below a 34" waist even when I was 181 lbs and skinny)

Upper Legs: 27"

Current Maxes on lifts
Bench: 315 lbs
Deadlift: 515 lbs
Squat: haven't maxed but I just recently did 455x2. The form wasn't the best but I did it.

The workout plan currently is
Monday: Max effort bench day, consists of mainly benching working up to right now a 2 rep max.
Wednesday: Max effort squat day doing the same as bench
Friday: Total body day. Consists of speeding benching, posterior chain work (good mornings, hamstring work), pulling exercises and shoulder stabalization work.
I through in at least 2 core workouts a week consisting of planks and leg lifts. Also going to add at least 2 days a week of cardio to keep off the winter bulk.
My diet consists of mostly whole foods; eggs, ground turkey, hamburger, vegetables, fruits, nuts. I have a tendancy to stay away from the processed stuff if I can. I cycle my carbs, on heavy workout days I take in quite a bit and on off days I keep it to mainly fats and protein. I try to hit at least bodyweight in grams of protein per day or more if possible (I recently ran out of protein powder and cant afford anymore so its a bit hard on a fixed budget to get enough protein in the diet).

Well thank you sir. Markus ALWAYS gives me a run for my money. He beat me with the leg press so i have to beat him with the bench. I am stuck at 14 reps though. Once my cut diet is over i am sure the strength will go up quickly. I will get 20 reps or bust a nut trying. lol

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
No real schedule. I go by the mirror. If I feel I need to get off my ass and do a little extra I'll throw in some interval sprints or a circuit after my workouts. I love doing high intensity circuits after lifting. Most recent circuit I did for cardio was 20 yd. sprint, then 5 pullups, then flip a 350lb. tire, then 20 yd. sprint to finish. Repeat that 3 times. I'm not a fan of LISS but do it occassionally. I LOVE HIGH INTENSITY!

What makes DNA the right product for me?
DNA is the right product for me because I love to train hard. I know the importance of BCAA's in anyone's supplement stack but I haven't the right one yet. I believe that DNA will help me push my limits every workout. I strive to personal records everytime I step in the gym. Supersets, dropset, and sets to failure are staples of most of my workouts. I believe a product such as DNA will help me set the bar higher and achieve all of my goals.

I would love to do a squat contest AFTER my cut is finished and I take a week off of course. I am VERY tired and weak right now. lol Hell i can hardly get 315lbs for 5 on squat right now :mad:
Doing the dB chest press with Markus right now is draining the life out of me. hehehe BUT i will have 8 days to carb up and max out. I GAR UN TEE at least 20 reps with the 100lb DB's by December 1st.

Training Experience:
I dropped 60 pounds from 210 to 150 doing everything wrong. I did not do my research and simply starved myself. A friend referred me to BB.com and I was amazed at how completely wrong I was doing everything. I finally knew why I still looked chunky at 150, I lost ALL my muscle when i lost the weight! With the help of BB and a few friends I got my diet and exercise routine in CHECK! In the past 6 weeks of eating clean I have went from 155 to 159 and clearly lost BF. I love the changes! I love how better I look after only 6 weeks and look forward to fulfilling my true potential.
PROGRAM:
I am currently doing a 3 day split with a about a 60/40 mix of compound/isolation. Majority of lifts are 3x8-10:
Tri/Chest (+Abs)
Bicep/Back (+Calves)
Shoulder/Leg (+Abs)
I have been lifting/running every other day. So I lift one day, run the next, lift then run ect...
Lifting consists of 5 min warm-up on the track and running consists of 35 mins on treadmill with speed around 6.5 mph and 10-15 mins on track afterward.
Currently eating around 1800 cals/day and have been constant for the last 6 weeks. According to Fitday my average fat per day : 46g, Protein : 173g, Carbs: 164 TOTAL CALORIES AVERAGE = 1762. I do not think this is too low because my metabolism was destroyed with my horrible weight loss diet. I feel that this level is a perfect place for me to be at.
GOAL: I currently have about 20% Bf and weigh 159. My goal is to weigh 150 with a MAX of 15% bf by the end winter! I can't wait to shock everyone with how different I look! I love the confidence boost I have gotten from the past 6-week muscle gain and want more!
SUPPLEMENTS:
I am new to lifting and have not taken any muscle gainers but look forward to trying one!
I am currently using an EC stack and have been on it for about 1.5 weeks. I do 25mg/200mg 3x a day and carry around my liter bottle of water like a blind man with a cane. I am drinking out of this baby all day long and I love peeing constantly!

how hard do you train? I dead lift 320 4-6 reps 2 sets and I wan to get to 400 soon. I am leg pressing 660 which I want to get to 700 my uppper portion tells you how hard I lift and train. I teach martial arts 2 hours to 3 hours a day 5 days a week. I need something to keep me anabolic 24/7 Heck I would buy this product and the free one and double up or even triple up if needed.
what are you going to do for me? (just joking, sort of...) I am going to write a good log and be honest. Some times being honest is not the best but if you have seen my other logs on other sites I am so honest that some people don't like me but this seems like one of the only few products that has been scientifically proven to work and I can do blood work for before and after for protein levels which would be nice if the only thing changing in my diet is magnum DNA which I can show protein levels elevated and CK levels decreased.

I don't focus on weight really ma man, just use the **** that I can control and have good form with and get that good muscle contraction...if your smart you would too. Remember your biceps don't have eyes and can't tell if your curling 40 or 65.

I don't focus on weight really ma man, just use the **** that I can control and have good form with and get that good muscle contraction...if your smart you would too. Remember your biceps don't have eyes and can't tell if your curling 40 or 65.
NO question about it man, Form is something I place a lot of focus on, I took a few months and went back to a strict form and have been building my way back up. Muscle is built with good reps, not heavy went and ****ty form that = a formula for disaster. I want to have my joints and body functioning when i grow up, and not in shambles

Current Training Schedule: I currently Train DC style!
I have trained many different ways,and some with very good results.There have been a few workouts,theories etc that just flat out did not yield too much at all.BB2k will tell ya,I have told him in the past what I think of this style of training.I was first introduced into this style of training a few years ago.I never really gave it a lot of thought until the last year or two.I have really studied it and examined it.I of course have trained it too! my routine varies VERY little as of this moment,it looks like this...
MONDAY:chest/shoulders/back width/back thickness/triceps
TUESDAY:rest
WEDNESDAY:Quads/hams/calves/forearms/biceps/
THURSDAY:rest
FRIDAY:same as monday
and the monday will be same as wednesday with different exercised of course.There are 3 different exercises that I rotate for every single body part.
every few months I will adjust the routine to 4 days a week,it is the same just more spread out!
FRIDAY:
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: I do so much running around all over campus,then at work everyday all day,I do not currently do any cardio.
Plus I train at a very fast pace.
Current Supplements:

Im around 250-260 grams of protein a day.

You should pick me for many different reasons!
for one I see how great of a company that is Magnum is and is becoming!
top quality guys and top quality products! which is why I have been VERY interested in the company and all the products and threads and such!
I work 50-55 hrs a week and am taking 17 credits this semester,therefore....
I am very picky about what I spend my money on food wise and suppelement wise.I don't take a whole lot.I need to get a lot for my money and I need them to be super effective.
I took one look at the profile of DNA and really want to give it a go.You don't see too many companies throwing this much quality and thought into products like this.

Plainly because I am a NO BS guy that does the best I can to do unbiased logs. I have logged Intra-Aid and Nano Vapor (See sig) and have been as detailed as possible on each of them. I put the product to good use and am very obsessive about getting my body in top notch condition and hurling it to the next level. I crave the iron, I crave mass, and I am meticulous about my diet. Im a rolling train and nothing but God can stop me.

Dieting sucks, keto sucks, cardio sucks, cutting plain sucks. I believe DNA is the right product for me because it will help me keep or even take my stamina and mass to the next level. Right now I am also looking for that nice hard, cut, striated muscle definition and I believe that DNA when coupled up with my present training/diet routine will help me achieve that flawless, monster, razor-sharp look.
