None. Music is so split up nowadays. I mean, people tend to stay within certain genres, and one genre doesn't control any significant part of the population except for that crappy pop rap, and that is never going to be looked back on well.
There's some rappers who will probably get looked back on like Atmosphere. But at the same time, people who listen to metal will have different bands, people who listen to punk will have even more, etc. etc.
But really, I don't think that there's anything out there that's pushing the boundries really, and those bands tend to be the ones that get remembered (along with the bands that just become super popular). Maybe Catch 22/Streetlight Manifesto in the ska genre.

One can argue that AIC already has; along with nirvana, and that bands like Tool and RHC(dislike) will eventually. Bands like pearl jam and smashing pumps will always have "those" fans who will always support them.
Just for the sake of argument excluded beatles(exception to al rules) all the bands you mentioned were around for multiple decades spreading their influence. With that being said bands like Pink Floyd, Metallica, Queen, Aerosmith bands that covered many years and stayed strong deserve a mention.
Its impossible to predict which bands will have a good 10+ years in them from now, so i can not answer this question without any bias besides who I would like to see be talked about in 10 years.

Alice in Chains isn't a "today" band. They've pretty much already got their place in history. (this thread is proof of that)

Lots of good suggestions already. I would agree with AIC, Nirvana, Tool, and Smashing Pumpkins. Although, they all peaked in the 90s. I really don't know what to say about music after the turn of the millenium.
It's pretty much impossible to say how music from the last 5 years will be regarded in 10 years.
Oh, I have one. Radiohead is recent enough to be considered "today's" music. At the very least, you can't count it into the same era as the aforementioned bands. I think they could be highly regarded after 10 years.

I hate saying this, but I think Nickelback will be around a long time. They have so much radio/MTV/VH1 friendly songs, they will probably last a long time. I personally can't stand Nickelback.

Muse, Radiohead, Nickleback, Rage Against the Machine, Slipknot. However, I don't think any of today's bands (what I mean by that is bands who made it big in the last five years) will ever achieve legendary status that bands like the Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones etc have. The music scene is just so different now.

nine inch nails....not just for the music but i think trent reznor is going to do a lot of innovative things in the next 10 years in how he chooses to release/present his music since he seems to be done with record labels.....plus if he makes a year zero movie/tv show and/or sequel.
the marketing with year zero was really original and amazing. Leaving USB clues about the album in bathroom stalls, having telephone lines and 15 diff websites...that was an awesome way to release an album
