Sup guys,

Question: If I'm not progressing in my weights at the gym but I really feel the burn and work hard and having my diet in check, can you still grow muscle? Or do you need to progress your weights every single time?

If you've been "stuck" for awhile at a particular weight, it may be time to switch up your routine. Try completely different exercises, superset, dropset, negatives, unload, etc. Maybe even change your split.

After some period of time you will have to work harder and longer to up the weights. But ultimately, this isn't about the poundage, it's about growth. If your muscles are being challenged and your diet is dialed in, you should see growth. It may be slow, but it should be there.
