I've finished the p90x workout and I had good results, but I've plateaued and I want to give keto a try. What are the macroratios for Keto? Is there any really good articles that explain the whole diet plan? Right now I do am cardio mon,wed,fri with pm weight training mon,wed,fri,sat. Is that okay for keto?

In a nutshell, it's a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet. 65/30/5 are your macros. Base your meals on fresh meat, fish, chicken, whole eggs, lots and lots of green vegetables, olive oil, cheese, butter, some nuts and seeds. No sugar, bread, rice, grains, fruit, milk, trans fats, processed foods including low carb stuff.
Your workouts are fine for keto.
