I've been a little bit confused about this matter for a while now what does natural bodybuilding actually mean? does it mean just the absence of 'juice' or does it mean no supps of any sort just curious to know. Thanks.

No juice in any form, including prohormones. All other supplements are good to go - creatine, BCAAs, fat burners, etc. are all fine.

Depends on the organization. They have it pretty clear what you cannot use in their rules. All of them have banned illegal AAS.

The term "Natural" started in the late 1970s. Steroids were becoming very popular and some guys didn't want to use them but still wanted to compete. They began their own federations and called them "Natural" meaning no steroids. Things were different when the movement began. Now the term is used loosely. Natural can mean anything from no steroids or GH to no creatine. Many drug-tested federations have different rules on banned substances. Generally, "Natural" means no illegal steroids, GH, stimulants or diuretics. Prohormones and advanced supplements are now becoming gray areas in the eyes of many.

I'm not aware of any federation that doesn't allow creatine.

Natural means no drugs, anything from a supplement store should be ok I mean theres products that say warning might cause positive result in drug test but thats just to make idiots to say ZOMG i'm gettin this ****.

Hardly anyone in the natural feds is lifetime natural though, quite sad.

I meant the term being used loosely in general by people as a whole. Natural now means different things to people. It didn't used to be that way. Everyone knew what Natural was. I don't think there are any feds banning creatine either.

x 1 here. Never used any PH or AAS. Never even really thought about it.
