No need when you use Jan Tana.
By far the best OnStage contest color on the market. The key to using it is making sure your skin is prepped properly. Make sure you exfoliate & moisturize everyday the week prior to your show. No moisturizer the day of applying the product ( No deodourant either) . Just scrub/exfoliate the day you are going to apply the product. There is a On Stage glaze that is fantastic. You apply it right before you hit the stage. Very thin layer.

I am sorry you didnt get the desired results from our product. Tanning for a competion is an art. You need to practice to get it perfect. We have been tanning athletes for over 25 years and have had some amazing feeback from all of our customers.
There are several factors that can affect your color. Some of them include your skin type, the amount of product used, per tan preperation etc.
The key to Pro Tan's success is the fact that we use a self tanning complex to get you dark. This means the product absorbs into your skin and actually physically makes you darker. This is prefered by most judges because its easier on the eyes, and you dont get the green hue with our product.
Many of our compeitors rely on a "make up" effect to color you. This means you are simply covered up with the color. It can tend to make you look smoother and bloated under stage lights and may cover your definition if not properly applied.
You either did not use enough product, did not apply it properly or your skin was not prepared 100%. I will be more then happy to walk you through the correct process Via phone. Fell free to send me a private message and I will give you our number and work with you privately.

The dream tan looked good in person, but under the lights it seemed to round off competitors meaning IMO it didnt seem to enhance the edge or cuts) Maybe because it has a built in sheen, sparkle. Intresting stuff tho.

That is one of the issues with products that use the "make up" effect to achieve a dark tan. They work and have there place but can soften your look at times.
