Its been well over a year and my dearest polar f4 is finally showing that the battery is low:( I dont want to send it out because I know you can do it yourself if you are careful. Where do I get the type of battery? After I screw it open does it say it? Also where or what kind of place can I get the battery?

go to a jewlers, they will change it if they have the battery in stock for maybe 10$ give or take a few. I don't think its even worth it to send it in
