turns out they were taking photos of me on the crosstrainer.

It's easy to understand why. No doubt you look really good on cross trainer but it's still really disrespectful of them to do that.

I tend to think someone should have accidentally dropped a really heavy weight on their heads but some people in the gym are idiots and unfortunately that will never change (unless you have a home gym). AND GUYS ARE NOT THE ONLY GAWKERS AT THE GYM. SOME WOMEN ARE GUILTY AS SIN...HELL, THEY ARE GUILTIER. I FELT LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT.

Actually it was my ex-girlfriends gym. I was doing bent over dumbbell rows when this girl decided to use the bench directly behind me although there was at least 20 free benches in the immediate vicinity (was a 24 hour fitness - on second thought that isn't really a gym). Felt like her stare was burning a hole in my butt (which I thought was fat). My apparently insecure ex-girlfriend (guess she had a reason to be insecure in the long run) got off her treadmill, grabbed a 50 lb dumbbell and came over to me dropping it a few inches from the girls feet.

ETA - If a girl stares at me in the gym now, I just smile.

Some guys probably are but honestly from that moment on i was worried about the sanity of my ex-girlfriend. Never thought a 45 year old RN would turn out to be a psycho but...que sera :)

yeh it was heaps creepy. when the guys left my trainer was like ohh i should have made them delete the pictures, but it was too late.

in my gym there are two different rooms, the cardio room and the weight room. shame i wasnt in the weight room cause then i would have "accidentally on purpose" dropped a weight on his foot.

ill remember for next time tho. but hopefully there isnt a next time.

or i could pay triple what im paying now and go to an exclusive ladies gym.
