i liked pro tan's muscle sheen... it worked well for me... and it wasn't as shiny on stage... just recently picked it up too..

dream tan has enough of a sheen to it. plus when you pump up backstage your muscles will get warm and this really brings out the sheen in dream tan. i have tried dream tan + pam and it was too much sheen. instead when i did just dream tan it worked a lot better

It's true that DT has some oil in it, but it's not enough. Pam sprayed on then left is too much. You have to spray and dab with a towel. Spray and dab, not rub. That'll get it just right.

I thought PAM wasnt allowed in most competitions, if it is which organizations will allow it?

I have yet to see anyone use PAM and not look 'shiny' on stage and reflect too much light. I'm not saying it can't be done...I'm just saying that you can sit in the crowd and shake your head at the obvious users of PAM and know they aren't going to place as well as they could have.

i think it depends on yr skin and yr condition as well as the lighting...in other words its somewhat individual....anyone agree?

Jan Tana's Ultra Body Glaze is pretty good. More of a nice deep matt finish vs shiny like pam

Dream Tan - I like a tiny bit of muscle sheen under the DT or in it and nothing on top - but you have to be conservative. I agree I have never seen Pam used well overtop and when you start to heat up on stage its easy to look to "wet" and wash out that way
Pro Tan - either Hot Stuff or Muscle Sheen again stay conservative
Jan Tana - her posing gel is great but you just need a tiny bit (you could probably successfully use this over PT too)
