Hey guys im new to power lifting, I have always been more focused towards bodybuilding but have recently become pretty curious. I have decided to dedicate 2 days of my 5 day split to power lifting movements focusing around moving as much weight as possible. SO I was wondering what your typical Upper body workout looks like, and lower body looks like it cant just be Dead lift, squat, and bench. Or if it is what other movements should I focus on for maximum strength to put enough exercises in a 1 day upper body and 1 day lower body routine.
