Natural Contests

I am in Iraq and have a year to prepare to enter a contest. I have always wanted to, but now have a decent chance. I am targeting September / October of 2009 because I will be in the states then. I have never done any anabolic or otherwise controlled substances.

I am searching for natural contests, organizations, websites and such. Any help would be appreciated.

If you google "bodybuilding" and NGA, ABA, INBF, WNBF, USBF, or OCB, you will find the sites for these respective organizations. Then just look at their contest schedule to find one near you at the time you're looking at.

Actually just cruised their site a bit more and they had a show in Iraq last month - likely an annual thing that fits into your schedule nicely..........here is the link to that specific show and there is some more specific contact info there..............

Sorry, just read your post more closely and saw that you will be back in the States by next fall...........guess you wouldn't be travelling back to Iraq to do that show I recommended then ;-) .............good luck finding one closer to you in the US.
