Whats up,

So in about a month or so, I want to go on a pretty diesel stack of MAN products, because I have taken a couple individually, and I have been really impressed. If this stack is successful, I will do a second cycle of everything. As mentioned in the topic header, I plan on taking Clout, BodyOctane, PrimalMale, and Blueprint. I had a few questions for the experts, or anyone really, about this whole idea...

Is this overdoing it, or is this a legitimate stack?

What dosing would you recommend for this stack?

Is there anything specific in my diet that I should be sure to include or avoid while taking this stack? (Aside from the obvious things like sugar and other garbage)


I think these are my main concerns, I want to be sure I am using the most efficient dosing, and eating the most useful calories I can, to maximize my results. I will also be on ON whey protein, Opti-men multivitamin, Universal Uni-Liver (8-12 per day), and probably some ON casein before bed each night to hopefully preserve muscle mass more efficiently.

I also plan on doing a 4 week training split, 6 days on, 1 off per week (like i do now), working something like this:

Sun - Chest
Mon - Abs
Tues - Legs
Wed - Arms
Thurs - Off
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Back
((Cardio will take place approx. 3 times a week, most likely HIIT, 20-30min.))

Week 1: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps (Muscle Mass)
Week 2: 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps (Definition)
Week 3: 5 sets, 3-5 reps (Power)
Week 4: 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps (General Balance)

If I follow the individual dosings of each supplement correctly as stated on them, one cycle will last about 4 weeks, give or take a few days...so this should work out very nicely.

Now, for any answers, advice, suggestions, more questions, etc, please give me everything you got...

no it is not overkill. All these supps are meant to work together. I have used many of them together including BO+Clout+PM+BP.

Dosing as suggested on the containers is fine. However, you might want to start with half doses of Clout+BO together to test how you respond that that much beta alanine together and ease into full doses.

There are no foods that you per se need to avoid.

I have seen some logs of the stack you are doing, but cannot point you to any good reviews written one all 4 products together. Are you going to keep a log? I would like to follow your progress

Well...

I have my supplements, and I started today.

I don't think I am ambitious enough to actually log everything, like workouts and how I felt each day, cuz supplements aren't the only thing that effect it. So I'll just just comment every now and then about how it's going. My main concern was getting opinions on how this stack sounded and the dosing and any advice but, I'm just gonna get it done.
