Whats up,
So in about a month or so, I want to go on a pretty diesel stack of MAN products, because I have taken a couple individually, and I have been really impressed. If this stack is successful, I will do a second cycle of everything. As mentioned in the topic header, I plan on taking Clout, BodyOctane, PrimalMale, and Blueprint. I had a few questions for the experts, or anyone really, about this whole idea...
Is this overdoing it, or is this a legitimate stack?
What dosing would you recommend for this stack?
Is there anything specific in my diet that I should be sure to include or avoid while taking this stack? (Aside from the obvious things like sugar and other garbage)
I think these are my main concerns, I want to be sure I am using the most efficient dosing, and eating the most useful calories I can, to maximize my results. I will also be on ON whey protein, Opti-men multivitamin, Universal Uni-Liver (8-12 per day), and probably some ON casein before bed each night to hopefully preserve muscle mass more efficiently.
I also plan on doing a 4 week training split, 6 days on, 1 off per week (like i do now), working something like this:
Sun - Chest
Mon - Abs
Tues - Legs
Wed - Arms
Thurs - Off
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Back
((Cardio will take place approx. 3 times a week, most likely HIIT, 20-30min.))
Week 1: 3-4 sets, 6-8 reps (Muscle Mass)
Week 2: 3-4 sets, 12-15 reps (Definition)
Week 3: 5 sets, 3-5 reps (Power)
Week 4: 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps (General Balance)
If I follow the individual dosings of each supplement correctly as stated on them, one cycle will last about 4 weeks, give or take a few days...so this should work out very nicely.
Now, for any answers, advice, suggestions, more questions, etc, please give me everything you got...
