Idk what this pain is..upper back..

So I have had this one spot..Were the pain just hangs out..I can put preassure and pin point it..I try to rub it out and it wont work..The muscle also kinda klicks when I move it around..

Its in my upper left back..where traps start to finish and your rear delt kicks in..

opinion on what it could be
