so im really depressed and mad at the moment. Last night i broke part of my finger while playing soccer....i went to the doc and got a splint. im mad i cant lift. i was on my 3rd week of my workout plan. idk wht to do. any recommendations? i cant live without the gym :(

Think of it this way. You experienced a broken finger which is a mere inconvenience while one of my training partners was recently told he had cancer. He took the news stoically without complaining about not working out. In other words put your situation in perspective and be glad it was just a finger that is a temporary setback. No more, no less.
