ok im hoping to make great strength and size gains on this program.
todays first workout. cant really use kilograms so ill have to do the program with lbs.
80(do i have anything in my hand?)
power clean(could work on form)
110(form was pretty sloppy)
the explosive part is where i suck at on the clean. it should get better as things progress.
workout was good.

military press 4x5
deadlift(all double overhand) 4x5
did a couple weighted crunches
overall workout was very easy. the deadlift was a bit challenging though.

walked to gym today. legs were tired. failed squats. i started too high. so im gonna reduce the weight and go again tommorrow.
its always good to find the miscalculations early. luckily i found a mistake on the first week!!
be hittin the gym hard early in the morning

some ****er stole my bike so now i have to workout at school until i get a new one.
155(accidentally did this)
195(got 4 and failed)
only reason i failed squats was cuz of that extra set with 155.
not resetting again. ill just see how the rest of this week goes.
135(supposed to 125 but 135 was more convenient cuz my time in the class was limited)
105(failed this set cuz of sloppy form. immediately tried it again and got it.)
that concludes todays workout

todays workout was alright. i completed squats and bench but i had to wait a long as time to complete my power cleans cuz class ended too quickly cuz of pep rally. wasnt until about 20 minutes later till i got the chance to go back in for them. so i used more weight than i should have to make up for it.
175x5(5 pound more than i was supposed too)
125 for 3 sets of five
as usual i sometimes do a little more reps of a couple more pounds if i think i can get it.

the military presses were challenging. squats and deadlifts were easy.
