ok im hoping to make great strength and size gains on this program.
todays first workout. cant really use kilograms so ill have to do the program with lbs.
squat 5x5
105 (easy)
130(easy)
155(easy)
180(easy)
205(medium)
bench 5x5
80(do i have anything in my hand?)
100(easy)
120(easy)
140(easy)
160(easy-medium)
power clean(could work on form)
55(easy)
70(easy)
85(easy)
100(easy)
110(form was pretty sloppy)
the explosive part is where i suck at on the clean. it should get better as things progress.
workout was good.

overall workout was very easy. the deadlift was a bit challenging though.

walked to gym today. legs were tired. failed squats. i started too high. so im gonna reduce the weight and go again tommorrow.
its always good to find the miscalculations early. luckily i found a mistake on the first week!!

not resetting again. ill just see how the rest of this week goes.

todays workout was alright. i completed squats and bench but i had to wait a long as time to complete my power cleans cuz class ended too quickly cuz of pep rally. wasnt until about 20 minutes later till i got the chance to go back in for them. so i used more weight than i should have to make up for it.

as usual i sometimes do a little more reps of a couple more pounds if i think i can get it.
