I am looking to do an all natural body building show in Aug., the problem is that I am looking to enter the show at 230+ @ 3.5% body fat. I currently am at 202 and 8.5% body fat, is it possible to reach my desired weight???

So you want to gain 37 pounds of muscle and lose 9 pounds of fat in what, like 20 weeks? Truth is you probably have to gain 40+ pounds of muscle when you take into account the water loss to peak for the show. Let's say you have 18 weeks, you'll have to lose 1/2 pound of fat a week, and gain well over 2 pounds of pure muscle a week. Unless you have some crazy genetics, I don't think so, I don't even think a steroid user could do that. Maybe if you're a real freak, use some crazy nutritional strategies like the one's I detail in my articles, and take some serious PH(banned in all natural contests except NPC and Musclemania sanctioned shows), you could gain 20 pounds of muscle while losing 9 pounds of fat in the next 18-20 weeks. Of course I could be wrong, I remember some 6'5" guy did the EAS contest in 1995 and gained close to 50 pounds of muscle in that time period, he was probably a raw beginner though.

Well that give me a little hope with my target, the problem that I am currently have is that I am eating six times a day, and working out like a mad man but for some messed up reason I am dropping between 5 to 7 pounds a week. My stat inches are going up, but overall body weight is dropping. Current stats are as follows:
6'-4" 202 @ 8.5% body fat
Arms 16.5"
Chest 48"
Quads 26"
Calves 16"
Waist 34"

Personal Contest Goal
232 @ 3.5% body fat
Arms 19"
Chest 52"
Quads 30"
Calves 18"
Waist 32"

It's great to have high-level goals, but 2.5" on the arms, 4" on the quads, 2" on the calves, and 4" on the chest in less than 20 weeks while losing bodyfat? And if you have 30" quads and a 32" waist, you'll be a freak.

Well here are the new stats as promised.

6'-4" 200 @ 8.41% body fat rounded out I have stayed the same on body fat...
Arms 16.5"
Chest 48.5"
Quads 26"
Calves 16"
Waist 34"

See this is totally f@#&ed up the only thing that has changed is that I see a 1/2 inch growth in my chest and back, I think that I put on a 16th of an inch on my arms, but that is what is that??? I am not put the weight on that I what to see, as a matter of fact I have lost weight. I must say this is very discouraging!!!!

Am I expecting too much, or have I hit a stand still? I am not seeing the results that I should.
