recomp ie add lbm and cut fat

training:
Monday: heavy chest and light shoulder and triceps
Tuesday: heavy back and light biceps
wed : off
Thursday: legs and shoulders
Friday: arms + light chest and back

abs and calves done twice a week , cardio every day fast walking for 15-30min(since i will be studying physical education at university i will be doing alot of physical work)

thanks guys, well hdrol is mild and liv52 will be ok for support supp and as regards pct after the 4 wk of reversitol i will be doing a 4 wk of atd + blue up to increase and maintane my gains further

DAY 1

Dosage:
25mg with breakfast, 25mg before workout. Total : 50mg

Workout:
chest + LIGHT triceps and shoulders. Overal good workout,m bench press felt easier obviously it is a placebo not hdrol.

Diet:
diet will be the same throughout the first 6 wk of hdrol, it will include:
meal 1: oats and milk(500ml)
meal 2: 50 grs protein shake
meal 3: brown bread and 1 can of tuna or chicken or fish (depends if im at uni)
pre wo: like meal 1
post wo: 50 grm protein shake and banana
meal 6: chicken or fish
before bed: 500ml skimmed milk and maybe add a scoop protein

as said in my first post i am recomping, i did not measure my bf and so far imfeelinf normali maybe some more intense pump in the gym.Hdrol will take 2-3 weesk to kick in thats y ppl run it for 6 weeks

wouldn't worry about the tingling. and cycle support, I dont know exactly what that stuff is, just read it tastes nasty. but taking liver support sups will help you liver, but, will also help your liver break down the methylated drug faster, thereby decreasing the amount of time it is in your system, and less time in the blood, less effect. best to wait until after cycle to take support sups to cleanse and help the liver heal, (though it probably doesn't need any help, just stay away from booze, fast food and other harmful stuff, )

well this was todays workout:
as a warm up for abs i did 3 sets of 50 crunches(no weights)
than i did 4 weights machine lying crunches(these killed me)
and then 4 set leg raises

weigth are feeling easier, pr on bench but overall more energy and i am doing more volume then before and am not getting tired so GOOD, my buddies say i got ABIT bigger in my arms but i am not plannign to take measurments until mid cyle ie day 21...and yes hdrol will be a very good compound to be stacked or used a a bridge:)and as regards my idea if i am doing a bridge right now i want to leave it as standalone since its my first cycle but next cycle i am thinking of either stacking it or use it as a bridge if results keep on going well

DAY 11

Legs and light chest, leg workout was awesome, i did 6 sets of leg press, 5 set leg curl and 6 sets legs extension +7 set seated calve raises. I used alot of dropsets and after the workout i could barely walk seriously i just stop and sit for 5 min cause i could not walk. Then i did a ligth chest workout that included maxhine flyes and flat dumbbel press, after i did fat burn carido ie low intensitiy(65% heart rate) for 30minutes.

Diet:
diet was not bad, had a hectic and busy day at uni so it was not spot on, but was a good day overall and i am pleased

took some measurements in legs, well strenght is going up but size zero, im hitting my calves especially really hard but with zero results, its getting abit frustrated since they cant grow for months now even arms the same thing they have grown abit with hdrol but nothing particular. ive been toying with the same size since may, after may i lsot some size due to a hargs cut and now i have regained that size agian but with a 2 inch thinner waist, but now i cnat grow them any more, hope hdrol kicks in those parts.

Im on day 25 right now of H-drol cycle, however i started and have continued the cycle taking 75mg a day... Let me tell you the strength gains are awesome. I have gained 5-6lbs so far, the weight is lean body mass. My stomach is ripped up more. Love this cycle. Awesome.

yes strength is defintly up, i hit soem prs on barbel curls, bench press, increases reps on deaflift..and week 3 is nto even finished...there is sitl 3 weeks left, anyways i hope to increase some more mass in calves and arms, whilst leaning out

Don't get frustrated bud. Remember, your aim is to lose fat and add clean lbm's. Its hard to notice gains if you are not straight bulking. You are likely losing some bf and adding a little lbm and they are just balancing eachother out. Use the mirrior to your advantage, not the scale. Also, noticing strength incease is a huge positive.

One thing I would suggest. Add more whole foods (get rid of some shakes) and healthy fats into your diet. You might notice some big improvements. It sounds like you have a tough schedule being in school and all, but taking 30 mins in the morning to cook food for the day is the most important time of day. Regardless, keep up the good work. The gains will come.

Cool log. Any hints of lethargy or shutdown? I understand that H-Drol is mild, however, I also know that "mild" is dependant on the individual really.

why do you need an aromatase inhibitor for a ds/ps that doesn't aromatize to E? and im having my doubts for any a.I. that has a chance to convert into a anabolic agent 2x more potent than test. faulty blood test have been reported. just something to keep in mind.

great, this week im going to change my days of wo to tues/wed rest fri/sat becasue today i had a 3hrs athletic/sprinting lesson and i am really tires and i am sure that if i go to the gym i would not be 100% so im calling it an off day, so this is a straight 4 day off day:S tomorrow i will be killing of my chest and im feellin of hitting pr in the bench:)

You have to worry about estrogen levels directly following your cycle. Just because the substance doesn't aromatose doesn't mean your body will not produce more estrogen and not produce as much natural testosterone.

not that much in lbm but strenght increased

yesterday a glas fell on my wrist and it cut my hand and did some pinet and i have to satay 10-14 days without upper body training...im stil debating if i will continue hdrol since i have only a week left, any tips?

guys i have 32 pills left and im taking a week of due to the fac ti cnat touch a weigth in 10 days so i will be haivng 2 wks hdrol of
and finish the last 32 at 2 caps a day for 2 weeks..so the cycle will look like this: 50-50-75-75-100-off-50-50

side reports NONE
strenght: increased
measurments: arms and forearmes up by 0.2 inches, calves up by 1/4 inch and quads by 1 INCH pretty good for a mild ds....

hdrol is a designer steroid, its more of a cutter and gaining lbm with nice strength gains and u can buy it here on bb.com

FINALLY IM BACK after a 12 days of doing literally nothing i hit the gym yesterday with a great workout, i will start hdrol again tomorrow for 2 weeks at 50mg

on a side notes, yesterday i did arms/legs and abs and no strenght loss, lsot ABIT of size in the arms but i expected it for mainly 2 wks of doing nothing...

well before the accident i did 35 days of hdrol then i stoped for 12 days and know i will contiued for 14 days...i hope to rgain the size i was on day 35, on that date i arms and forearmes went up by 0.2 inches, calves up by 1/4 inch and quads by 1 INCH...i will take measurements after the last 2 weeks at 50mg of hdrol, wish my luck

Chest/tris/shoulders..great workout after 2 weeks wihtout training i DID NOT lose ANY strenght, i am REALLY happy with this workout

had good workouts during these days, had a pr on deadlift and some other prs, only 2 days left, after this i wil make some measurement changes and strength increase and then time for pct, rigth now i have stalled abit in size gaining die to the fact i am doing alot of physical activities at school(pe)

CYCLE HAS ENDED...preety good one, albeit i was injured and lsot some size ans strenght i STILL managed to increase strenght and size ( added 1 inch in quads and 1/4 inch in arms and calves) and strneght on big 3 went up by 5kg-10kg ( and conisdering my injury oit was great)

NO SIDES AT ALL so the pct will be just like another cycle to gain strenght and size:), after pct i am going to take a month off and then maybe try one between havoc/pplex+ or iforce new compound(depending on feedback)
