I have tried about 5 times to get the mods to move my log thread in here, but I haven't succeeded, so here is the first 5 days and I will continue in this thread from now on.
Day 1
Took this stuff about 2.5 hours before my leg workout, then used my regular preworkout supps. I am again impressed by Gaspari. I have never gotten a solid pump in my calves before, and at 2 hours after my workout they are still rock solid. I'm not sure if it was directly attributed to PJ, but I added a little bit of weight to my squat and calf raises. I can't wait to use this for my upper body workouts and see what it can do for me. Also, veins in my arms were more visible after about one hour.
Day 2
Unfortunately its my day off. Still noticing a little more vascularity than normal, but less than yesterday. Also, I'm not quite as sore as I usually am after a leg workout, although I'm not sure if this can be attributed to PlasmaJet or not.
Day 3
Had a great workout, hit the chest pretty hard today on incline, flat, hammer strength chest press, dips, and finally flyes. Made some solid strength improvements today: +10lbs on incline and flat presses. No gains on the chest press, the increment weights are missing on it and I wasn't ready to bump it up 20lbs yet. Did an extra set of dips, no problem. +5lbs on each DB for the flyes. Pumps were SOLID, to say the least. Most N.O. supps give me some muscle hardness and make veins a little more visible, but my veins were literally bulging out of my arms today. So far, so good.
Day 4
Nothing to update today, another off day, slightly more visible arm vascularity than normal when i woke up. Got 4 days in a row of lifting starting tomorrow, so I'm excited.
Day 5
I think I found my sweet spot for the timing. I took it when I woke up at 8:30 and worked out around 2:00 (5.5 hours).
I worked bi's/tri's today. By the end of my first set, my biceps were hard as a rock (and still are). I saw veins in my left arm I never knew I had until today, and they were bulging out of my skin. I actually had to rest for a few extra seconds between sets on triceps because my muscles were so tight. I did not increase strength on my biceps but I definitely had increased endurance. Same for triceps, although I did add +10lbs to pushdowns.
I'm excited about shoulders on Monday, since I never get a shoulder pump. Should be something to look forward to.
I can honestly say that so far, this is the best N.O. product I have ever used.
I will update this thread every day until I finish the 30 day supply box.
