I have tried about 5 times to get the mods to move my log thread in here, but I haven't succeeded, so here is the first 5 days and I will continue in this thread from now on.

Day 1
Took this stuff about 2.5 hours before my leg workout, then used my regular preworkout supps. I am again impressed by Gaspari. I have never gotten a solid pump in my calves before, and at 2 hours after my workout they are still rock solid. I'm not sure if it was directly attributed to PJ, but I added a little bit of weight to my squat and calf raises. I can't wait to use this for my upper body workouts and see what it can do for me. Also, veins in my arms were more visible after about one hour.

Day 2
Unfortunately its my day off. Still noticing a little more vascularity than normal, but less than yesterday. Also, I'm not quite as sore as I usually am after a leg workout, although I'm not sure if this can be attributed to PlasmaJet or not.

Day 3
Had a great workout, hit the chest pretty hard today on incline, flat, hammer strength chest press, dips, and finally flyes. Made some solid strength improvements today: +10lbs on incline and flat presses. No gains on the chest press, the increment weights are missing on it and I wasn't ready to bump it up 20lbs yet. Did an extra set of dips, no problem. +5lbs on each DB for the flyes. Pumps were SOLID, to say the least. Most N.O. supps give me some muscle hardness and make veins a little more visible, but my veins were literally bulging out of my arms today. So far, so good.

Day 4
Nothing to update today, another off day, slightly more visible arm vascularity than normal when i woke up. Got 4 days in a row of lifting starting tomorrow, so I'm excited.

Day 5
I think I found my sweet spot for the timing. I took it when I woke up at 8:30 and worked out around 2:00 (5.5 hours).

I worked bi's/tri's today. By the end of my first set, my biceps were hard as a rock (and still are). I saw veins in my left arm I never knew I had until today, and they were bulging out of my skin. I actually had to rest for a few extra seconds between sets on triceps because my muscles were so tight. I did not increase strength on my biceps but I definitely had increased endurance. Same for triceps, although I did add +10lbs to pushdowns.

I'm excited about shoulders on Monday, since I never get a shoulder pump. Should be something to look forward to.

I can honestly say that so far, this is the best N.O. product I have ever used.




I will update this thread every day until I finish the 30 day supply box.

Day 6: Since you can only take Plasmajet every other day, I was unable to take it before my back workout this morning. I had an average day at the gym, no noticeable strength gains and I just had the average pump I get with my preworkout supps. More to come tomorrow.

good stuff , glad you like the product, I will be trying out this product soon. Do you stack it with any other pre workout supp? And take on emtpy stomach?

I take it on an empty stomach, but the first day I took it with food and it worked pretty good. Preworkout I usually take one scoop of Vassive-NO, one scoop NO-Xplode, and one scoop GreenMag, but I have used that combo for a while so I know exactly what it does for me. The Plasmajet is definitely adding a lot to my workouts.

I would love to stack it with SP250 but I was given a few free bottles of the other stuff so I will use it for now.

Day 7: What I would consider a true test of PlasmaJet came today: I NEVER get pumps in my delts. I added +10lbs to military presses today, +20 on upright rows and still wasn't feeling much, if any of a pump. That all changed as soon as I started doing seated lateral raises, my shoulders looked like they had popped out at least an inch on each side. They are still pretty tight now as I write this. What can I say? Thumbs up to Gaspari.

Day 1 I tried about 2 hours before workout and it was pretty good. 4 hours before the next time. Then I tried 6 hours, and the effects seemed to be really amplified, so I think that is the best time for me to take it.

Day 8: Did not take PJ this morning, but the effect must have lasted until today because my chest and triceps are still absolutely massive after my chest workout. Set a new PR on flat barbell bench, and did my inclines with a lot of ease. Added more weight to dips. Another solid workout, I think it is improving my focus in the gym as well.

Maybe I could take it before I go to bed or something like that.

So you're thinking that 6 hours before works best huh?

Day 9: Hit the bi's/back pretty hard today at lower reps and higher weights than normal. Pumps in the back were pretty average, however my bi's are still bulging out of my sleeves. Got a good pump on the outside portion of the biceps which rarely happens for me as well. Vascularity has been more and more noticeable every day so far, including off days, but really stands out the first few hours after working out.

Works the best for me. Some people have the best results 2 hours, some its 8 hours, some even say they get the best pumps the next day. A forum member on here says he keeps his PJ next to his bed at night with a glass of water so that he can take it when he gets up at night to go to the bathroom. Honestly, I think you could get away with taking it right before bed and still feel the benefits.

Thanks, I ordered it yesterday, so hope to try it Saturday morning.
