I have the same issue and would love to hear responses. Should I look into braces or wrapping them? Thanks

Same with me. I tried to let it heal by not lifting for 2 weeks but it just came back after a few days of hard lifting. I've had the pain for probably 4 or 5 months now. It goes away but always comes back. Sometimes it gets so bad i cant do bicep curls. Its only my right wrist

i had this problem when i first started
i strapped both wrists for about 4 months every workout (excluding legs obviously)the pain started easing and eventually went.
i stopped using the straps when the pain stopped.
ive been training for 7 months now and i have not had any trouble since
this proberly wasnt the smartest way to deal with the problem, its never good to train with an injury, but it worked for me!
i should have went to the docs really.

I have this problem right now with the weaker hand. My strong hand is good but the wrist hurts pretty bad on my weak side. Especially when turning my palm toward me. Makes bicep curls impossible.
